Year Purchased: 2007
This is our family enjoying and afternoon of Spring Training in beautiful Arizona. I started visiting Arizona while living in Washington State. The long wet winters were only bearable with a trip to a sunny Arizona destination. My parents have retired in Arizona and we like to visit them a few times during the year; thus we bought a vacation condo. This condo is brand new and in N. Scottsdale. We splurged on furniture, bedding, plasma t.v.s - all the comforts of home for your visit.
Why the Owner Chose Kierland
We chose Scottsdale because of the wide range of activities; namely golf, hiking, spring training. This area has a slew of great restaurants, fabulous shopping and is an easy to get to location off of 101. We've had visitors come to sight see - Grand Canyon, Sedona. We've enjoyed meeting many Canadians getting away from the cold winters. It's a perfect snowbird stopover.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
True to VRBO philosophy you deal one on one with the owner - me! I am happy to answer all your questions about the area. I provide a map of the unit, the grounds, places close by, etc. We are honest and trustworthy and we seek out those that will treat our condo as they would their own. We have several testimonials; and I'm always willing to provide references of past renters. This location is ground floor - ample parking. Close to everything! There is a gym - (Gold's) that allows temporary memberships/one day passes. There are two pools at the property. Both quiet and private. The Allison complex is located in a residential neighborhood - easy access to parks and jogging paths.

Brand New Condo - We loved it. Girls weekend to celebrate my friend's 40th. Very peaceful, relaxing setting. Great location - close to shops, and great restaurants. We loved having a Whole Foods right off the exit for groceries...Pool is very private. Beautiful grounds.
