Enjoy coastal living at the Providence beach cottage in Seagrove Beach. Seagrove Beach is in South Walton County that has maintained the quiet beach atmosphere with beautiful communities and none of the T-shirt shops. Providence is in the heart of the beautiful Grove by the Sea community.

Grove by the Sea is a quiet, family-friendly community. The community contains two swimming pools and a tennis court. Providence is less than a mile from the shopping and cultural attractions of Seaside and Watercolor yet the accommodations are a fraction of the cost.

Providence is either an easy stroll or bike ride (approximately a quarter of a mile) to the water's edge through the beach access in front of the Grove by the Sea entrance, or a drive of less than half a mile to a beach access with parking and facilities.

Providence is a two story, three bedroom beach cottage. Some of the features include the following:

* Spacious master bedroom and bath that make up the entire top floor. The bedroom has a television, DVD player, and a broadband-Internet connection.
* Master bath has a large tub with jets.
* The master bedroom opens onto an upper porch suitable as a private sun deck. It is also perfect for star gazing.
* Spacious living room with television and DVD player. The sofa converts to queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.
* Full-sized kitchen and dining area where up to 12 can eat comfortably at one time.
* Second bedroom with a queen-size bed that adjoins a bathroom.
* Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed that has a full-size bottom and a twin on top.
* Full-sized washer and dryer.

  • We loved it, loved it, loved it! The house is gorgeous! Pictures don't do it justice. The location was phenomenal! My husband and I enjoyed every bit of our stay. The cottage is located in the perfect spot between Panama City Beach and Destin. It's a moment's drive to Seaside and Watercolor. There was an endless supply of things to do and see! This house is very family friendly if you have children. The neighborhood that it is in is quiet, has two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a playground... I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. It was truly a treat to stay here. My husband and I are already looking for available dates for when we can go again! :o)

  • Our family rented this home in May of 2008.It was one of the best weeks that we have spent together on the beach! The home is very comfortable. You will love the clean and modern kitchen along with the front porch where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. We rented bikes and loved this easy location to so may wonderful restaurants and places to play. The beach is so close and easy to walk or bike to without feeling like the traffic is all around you. This is a great house to rent in a quaint neighborhood. You will love it!
