Beautiful beachfront house with high ceilings, HUGE walk in shower, music (with ipod or Sirus hook up) in and outdoors, gas BBQ, kayaks and snorkel gear. We woke up for each sunrise and watched the kite surfers, pelicans and whales lounging in the bean bag chairs under the shade covered verrandah. Ahhh... BIG sliding glass doors that when left open, you can hear the waves crashing throughout the house. 15 minute walk to town on the beach with many local restaurants. Duke and Dine are wonderful hosts. Grab your spot now on their calendar.

Christmas in Los Barriles

If you want to feel like a millionaire... just hold the keys to this beautiful Casa in your hands, stand on the patio and look out to the ocean or down the beach and you will feel like "the Lord of the Manor" and it doesn't get any better than this. Los Barriles is a quaint little town and Duke & Dina give you all the inside information on where to go, where to eat, where to buy the best fish and anything else you could want. Thanks, Dina... the Christmas Tree was a very thoughtful addition.

stop looking. this is the place! grab it before your dates get taken. we love Los Barriles because it's a 'quiet, small, away from the crowds' twnn. Casa Dina is the best place we've ever found (and we've looked hard). The house is perfect. right on the beach, nothing between you and the water except about 40 yards of sandy beach. big complete kitchen for fixing your own meals and when it's time to get out - it's nice beach walk from the best restuarant in town. The view from the porch (oh how i loved that porch) is expansive. from watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee to seeing the fish jump all day to toasting the moonrise with a glass of wine.. the porch will revive your sole. Nice big KING bed, great large shower, nice couch for napping, even a 'lazy boy' for reading (no rattan in the house!). we usually don't care, but broke down last day and watched TV and listend to satelite radio - so that's there too.. Great hosts; live next door if you need 'em - but otherwise left us to our own and we rarely saw them - perfect! Hands down, the best place weve ever stayed - (this was our 5th visit to Los Barriles) we'll be back and we'll stay at Casa Dina..!

Spectacular Beachfront Casa!

Casa Dina is a little slice of heaven in lovely Los Barriles. The one bedroom oceanfront house is beautiful with nice decor, a well equipped kitchen, large covered patio with table, chairs and loungers and unmatchable panoramic views of Bahia de Las Palmas. The snorkeling is great right in front of the unit and the kayaks are perfect for exploring the coastline. Duke and Dina live next door and were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. We hope to go back for a little longer visit next time. Thanks Duke & Dina for a great vacation!

Fabulous vacation

Just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Dina. Best vacation ever. Location on the beach watching the sunrise every morning, kayaking off the beach to see the fish on the reef, listening to the rays jump out of the water and watching the whales. Duke and Dina were the best hosts and are now lifelong friends. They went out of their way to make our vacation special. It was sun, sand, sea and romance all the way. We will return to Casa Dina.

Romantic, Private Waterfront!

We just returned from a glorious week in this beautiful casa! You'll appreciate the very private waterfront setting and nicely finished interior. A couple of minutes from all the restaurants in Los Barriles but with none of the noise. The owners, Dina and Duke, were very gracious and we knew they would be available if there was anything we needed (there wasn't!) Can't wait to return for a much longer stay!!! Jan and Jim
