From the condo patio, you are just steps away to the pool area and hot tub. Enjoy cooking out on the grills which are located along the lake and beside the pool. The beach is an easy walk, just steps across 30-A. Gulf Place has its own private beach walkovers for owners and guests. The amenities of Gulf Place are incredible. There are 3 pools, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor amphitheatre with free concerts. Also, the town center offers three different dining options, lots of shops, artist center, a fitness center, a spa, and a pharmacy. Everything is within walking distance.
