Sea Side Serenity is a wonderful, relaxing, and rejuvenating place to call home for your beach vacation. This condominium is fresh and bright and is furnished very nicely. This unit is truly one of the best you will find and has all the amenities you would expect and more. Don't settle for less when you can have a super deluxe accommodation for your beach vacation.

Gulf Place Caribbean is the perfect vacation place for families! Forget the high rises and enjoy the uncrowded beach yet you are only minutes away from all the attractions in Destin. This lovely 1st floor unit is great for families and seniors. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with adjoining bath. Plus there is a hallway bunk-bed that sleeps two more. Step out of your condo and enjoy your own patio overlooking a small lake with fountains. From the condo patio, you are just steps away to the pool area and hot tub. Enjoy cooking out on the grills which are located along the lake and beside the pool.

The beach is an easy three minute walk, just steps across 30-A. Gulf Place has its own private beach walkovers for owners and guests. The amenities of Gulf Place are incredible. There are 3 pools, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor amphitheater with free concerts in the summer. Also, Gulf Place Town Center offers several different dining options, lots of shops, an artist center, a fitness center, a spa, a bike shop. and a pharmacy. Everything is within walking distance.

Attention golfers! There are twenty two 18 hole and three 9 hole public or semi-public golf courses within an easy drive. Try a new course every day and test you skills on championship caliber courses that have some of the most beautiful holes you will ever play. Start with the 18 holes at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club just minutes from the condo. Here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf while enjoying the course described as the "purest golf on the panhandle" by Golf Magazine. After your round, enjoy the sweeping views of the Gulf while dining at the Vue on 30A, the club's own restaurant overlooking the beach. It only gets better at the nearby Raven Golf Course, a gem designed by Robert Trent Jones. Or take the short drive up to the Camp Creek Golf Course in Panama City Beach. This beauty designed by Tom Fazio has won more awards and been named in more magazines than you can count. It is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary as named by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System (ACSS). We could go on and on but if you love to golf, you simply must come check out the fine courses of Florida's Emerald Coast.

There is no lack of outdoor sports besides golf. Of course, the beach offers swimming, surfing, fishing, snorkeling and just walking on the amazing white sand of Santa Rosa Beach. Being sandwiched between the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Beach also offers nearby sailing, boating, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, water skiing, and on and on. You name it. If it can be done on the water, it can be found here. There is also biking, tennis, shuffleboard, and swimming at the pool just steps from the condo. And with three nearby state parks, hiking, birding, and just about any other outdoor activity that doesn't involve snow or ice is found near here.

Let's not forget the fun places to shop in Destin. If you want to bring home some bargains, try the Silver Sands Factory Stores, a shop-a-holic’s paradise… and it’s also the nation’s largest designer outlet center. Silver Sands features over 100 designer factory stores including Coach Factory, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Under Armour, DKNY Company Store, Bare Escentuals, Sony, Michael Kors, LOFT Outlet, crewcuts, TUMI and much more. For the adventurer, there is a Bass Pro Shops store and numerous outfitters. If you like the smaller artsy shops, look no further than the Gulf Place Town Center or venture up 30A for many chic little shops where often the artist is hard at work on the creation that you will fall in love with.

Though Santa Rosa Beach and 30A is quieter than Destin, that doesn't mean you will go hungry. The condo, of course, is fully equipped for whatever the chef in you wants to create. Then again, you can choose to dine out at any number of great restaurants. From the pricy Ruth's Chris Steak House to the little beach dives that serve fish tacos and frosty cold mugs of draft there is something for everyone nearby. And speaking of nearby, save yourself the trouble of getting in the car and just stroll up to the Gulf Place Town Center for a bite at Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor, Amore Pizzeria, or The Smiling Fish Café. You can sip on a glass of wine at The Naked Grape and walk back to the condo...no need to get behind the wheel.

If you do want to venture out for a meal, there are many choices along Hwy. 30A including the fresh haute cuisine at Fire! in Grayton Beach, fresh sushi at Basmati's Asian Cuisine in Blue Mountain Beach, elegant Mediterranean dishes at The Terrace Restaurant just west of Lake Powell at Inlet Beach, or listen to live music while you dine at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Plus, there are many, many other choices including breakfast at the DoNut Hole just off 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Try the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict there and you will be ruined for life.

All in all, this is a beach paradise waiting for you and if you want to really enjoy your time at the beach, this condo will not disappoint you. Do not delay as this one books up full every summer and once you stay here, you will know why.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Place Caribbean

We have been to many beaches and the area along 30A is one is one of the best beaches we have seen. We love the natural beauty and don't miss the high rises one bit. The nearby coastal lakes are very unique and they attract a variety of birds and wildlife.

There are a huge variety of activities nearby that we enjoy such as swimming, sailing, fishing, golfing, birding, shopping, dining, hiking, snorkeling, and more but the thing we really look forward to is just relaxing in paradise.

We plan to make this our home away from home and look forward to building memories with our kids, grand kids, and just ourselves in this wonderful location. It is so beautiful, we want to share it with you and know you will love our home as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

We live and work in a busy city which we really enjoy. But we look forward to getting away for some peace and quiet and serenity. Sitting on the patio looking out over the lake is so relaxing. The beach here is so beautiful and the people here are very friendly. Plus, we like to cook so the large kitchen is a real pleasure for a condo of this size. "Sea Side Serenity" is exactly what it 's name describes and we love it.
