Great place to stay, it’s around a lot of great places to eat less than 20 minutes from great resturaunts and the beach access is so easy to get to. The place smelled like it had been cleaned not long after we walked it, can’t recommend enough!

We LOVED the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach access was so so easy to use and the view is gorgeous for the price!!

This is the absolute perfect location for an easy and relaxing get away. We grabbed coffee and breakfast every morning from the coffee shop below the unit and enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday. Jeri was so accommodating and easy to work with!

Couldn't have found a better condo in Santa Rosa beach. Excellent communication and the condo is beautiful. The short walk to the beach was awesome. I will definitely be staying again.

Our unit was just as promised. We found the bed comfortable and the condo clean. There were lots of amenities nearby. It was a great beach getaway.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great and quick communication with the host. The place was spotless, easy to find, and in a perfect location. Definitely plan to stay again!

Room was good, besides no sink for kitchen area. We stood outside trying to get in the beach area with no correct password for a bit, make sure you have all the right information before heading that way with all your chairs, cooler’s & umbrella. The elevator was scary! For all of us staying in this building. We hoping for the best riding it that we’d made it up or down ok and it made loud noise, jerk and sound as we crash to the bottom.

The air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep at night because of it.There is no where to unpack your things unfortunately, I know it's not my place but if it was I would have some type of a dresser so guests can not have to live out of a suitcase. The closets have too much in them that you cannot even use them. The only other negative thing there seems to be some kind of a leak under the bathroom sink and it definitely has a musty smell as a result. With all that said the unit is decorated beautiful and there is everything in the unit you would need such as beach chairs, blow drier etc. The location is perfect for just walking across the street to the beach and restaurants. It is a very beautiful area to visit!

Thank you for being my guest …Unfortunately you didn’t reach out to me to inform me about the AC unit during your stay , As my HVAC company came out and saw a screw loose and tightened it… I can assure you there is no leak or musty smell under the sink. Apologies for your stay not being perfect to your liking. However, the unit is only a studio and it is limited extra space so as advertised it is perfect for couples only. The location of this unit is practically on the sand with a great view and lots of shopping and restaurant choices.
