This was a great stay! The best part is there isnt much hassle. You park right behind condo. Can walk right across the road to beach. There are shops underneath condos for any needs. And grocery store and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Very accessible.

Fantastic location, gorgeous condo which could not have been more perfect for me and my two teens! Highly recommend and we will stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, had great easy access to the beach and pools. Lots of great amenities and utilities that came with the condo. Super easy and relaxing process!

We were in Santa Rosa for our grandsons wedding at Chapel on 30A. It was a quick and easy drive to venue.

The location was perfect and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The shops, beach access and restaurants are convenient. The condo desperately needs a facelift. It felt very unclean and old. It made my stay unpleasant. We checked out very early.

Stayed two nights on property and had great views of 30a and easy access to food and fun. We will stay here again.

Would definitely stay again!

The host was amazing and was very attentive to questions and needs. Place was very cute and clean! My 2 teenagers loved the place as well.

Nowhere does it mention that the room is directly across from the elavator.There was constant noise throughout the night. And the daily garbage truck was sooo disruptive.

I'm sorry about the noise! Some people are not considerate of others sleeping near by. I bought a sound machine to help with that problem. I know the trash pick-up is noisy . I asked the GulfPlace manager if the trash could be picked up later but it can't. I'm going to check with the trash company myself and see if they can at least not have the back up noise going on but I think they have to have that sound. It won't hurt to ask.
