My family of 7, including 2 grandparents and 3 children, had a wonderful stay in this fantastic home. You won't stay in a nicer house. The River Valley Ranch area is a gorgeous setting at the base of Mt Sopris with a great golf course and neighborhood pool. Bike trails throughout the neighborhood were perfect for my 10-11yr olds. The Carbondale/Glenwood Springs area was perfect for biking, hiking, rafting etc...and great resturants were in all the small towns down to Aspen. The entire family had a great time and we hope to make a return trip. Thanks Sonya!

This wonderful home was a perfect place for our family of 7. It served as home base during our son's Carbondale wedding. The kitchen was a highlight - plenty of space for serving! The view of Mt. Sopris from the living room window transfixed us. The master bath has both a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower - relaxing! River Valley Ranch is a beautiful location with walking trails and views of the mountains and river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

House was everything advertised - and then some. Great location in River Valley Ranch with a beautiful living room view of Mt. Sopris. Basement playroom was a great option for keeping kids and adults happy. Lots of activities nearby -- great hikes, golf, restaurants, etc... Owners made the process easy and straight forward. Would definitely return to this property. Thanks for the great week!!

We enjoyed our week in Carbondale visiting our sons who live in town. The house was spacious, immaculate and in a lovely location. The view of Mt. Sopris from the LR was spectacular and the great room and kitchen was a very good space. The master bath was excellent too. We made several bike trips from the house, up both the Crystal River and the Roaring Fork, and watched our sons' softball team play right across 133. We had several days'se of the pool and tennis, which was excellent. Never questioned. We hope to return. One comment: an extra TV and one set of drawers in the MBR would be great.
Owner response:We're happy to host this couple again this summer! Each closet in the home has built-in shelving and cabinetry with more than enough space for clothes and other gear.

This is a wonderful home in a great location. It was perfect for our family of six, as a pleasure in itself, and as a base for our week of sightseeing, golf, tennis, rafting and dining out. The house was very comfortable and clean. The arrangements with the owners were straightforward and pleasurable. We love the Carbondale area; the night sky is awesome, and the view of Mt. Sopris is really a thousand different views depending on time of day and cloud patterns. We love the home, and hope to stay there again if we can manage to synchronize our family’s busy schedules.
