This is a 10yr. old home, beautifully decorated and barely been lived in. Sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac road. Located in Summerhill Village, in The Villages, FL. (A community designed for active retirees).
The interior has laminated tile flooring thru out the house except in the bedrooms which are carpeted. Very easy to maintain. Fully furnished with 3 Queen size beds in each bedroom. TV in master bedroom and TV in living room, with high speed internet.
A fully finished kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with vaulted ceilings. Easy access to the lanai from the dining room and also 1 of the bedrooms.
The home is convenient to all of The Villages activities such as, shopping, golf, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, archery, swimming, dining, and many other clubs and live entertainment.

Another couple and ourselves were fortunate to spend the month of April 2012 in this wonderful home in the Village of Summerhill. The house was fully equiped, spotlessly clean and lovely decorated. We reaally liked the layout especially having the master suite at on end of the house and the other two bedrooms at the other end. Having the two bathrooms was appreciated also. The living and kitchen area was spacious and most convenient. The lani off the dining room was great and we spent many a morning out there enjoying the view and the birds.The shopping area and restaurants are close by as is the pool. The golf cart was used everyday and it was a wonderful way to travel to the two town squares, the shopping, the polo matches and many other ares. It was our pleasure to spend our vacation here and would highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend the whole month of April in this lovely, well-equipped home in the peaceful Village of Summerhill. We found the home to be very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and it had everything we needed. It was exactly as shown in the photographs and even more! Since we shared the home with another couple, we appreciated the fact that it had the master bedroom and ensuite at one end of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom at the other end. It certainly gave us all the privacy we wanted. We also enjoyed the golf cart that was included in the rental of the home and used it every day to go golfing, shopping or to the community pool. The shopping mall and pool were only a couple of minutes away, so it was easy to get to them by golf cart. It was a wonderful way to get around! The owners also had two bicycles for the use of the renters and although we did not use them, it was nice that they were available to us. The house is in a great location being centrally located between the two town squares of Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing where everyone gathers for dinner, shopping and entertainment in the evenings. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves and people from 1 year-olds to 90 year-olds get up to dance to the music in the town squares! Everyone has so much fun! The Villages have so much to offer in the way of activities, there is something for everyone. We have never seen so many golf courses in one place and whether one is looking for an executive or a championship course, there is an abundance of both linking the numerous villages. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation in such a nice, clean community where everyone is so friendly. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone wishing to spend time in The Villages which also offers daily shuttle service to the Orlando International Airport.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
