This very spacious, 2 storey luxurious villa has everything you need for your vacation. Kept to a very high standard.
The downstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and door opening out to the pool area . Twin and queen rooms also downstairs plus shower room.All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There are two lounges, one of which has patio doors looking out over the Southfacing pool and conservation area with the beautiful Drifting Lily Lake and arguably the best view in the area.
It's the perfect place to watch stunning sunrises over the lake or round off a fantastic day. The pool is not overlooked and has a shaded area out of the midday sun.
The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. The games room, which has air hockey, table tennis,fusball, and a pool table, and utility room are on the ground floor. Utility room has a brand new washer and dryer for your use.
Upstairs has a second ensuite master bedroom plus two twin rooms, a 4th bathroom and a computer with high speed internet on the landing . Tv's in all bedrooms, two also have DVD players. 42 inch flat screen HD TV with DVD player in the 2nd lounge. All rooms air-conditioned. Two twin themed rooms, one with Disney Princesses and Disney fairies, and for the boys, one room with Spiderman and Star wars .
The Villa sleeps 12 in beds and has large crib which can convert to a toddler bed, along with two travel cots for our youngest guests.
Free use of walkie talkies, sat nav and wireless internet, plus local phone calls. Free International calls on Skype.
We have a local management company who maintain the villa to a very high standard for us.

Just come back from the villa, didn't want to leave what a place. Near to everything you need shops, eating, parks, everything. Exceptionally clean, what an amazing view from the pool or just sitting on the sofa relaxing. Super Holiday cant wait to book again, no need to look anywhere else!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a brilliant place to stay. Near to all the shopping and eating also all the Parks for entertainment. Near enough to get to the coast for the day if you want to as well. Location wise we couldnt fault it. The Villa is fantastic with enough room for everyone and enough bathrooms as well.The beautifully sunny aspect well proportioned rooms make it feel very spacious. It was spotless on our arrival and everything we needed to know about the area was in a book and some people had written their recommendations in the guest book which really helped. It was great to have a washing machine and tumbler drier to wash and dry the few things we wanted to. It has towels and beach towels by the dozen. The kitchen has everything you would need and a fridge freezer of monstrous size to keep all the drinks cold. But the very best bit was the pool, which we used everyday, looking out over the lake. It was so great to sit and watch the sun go down and see the birds on the lake and so relaxing. We would go back? Yes with out doubt. We posted all our holiday photos on FaceBook and a few of our freinds have asked for details so I hope you get some bookings from it. Thanks Dave and Charlotte
