Amazing Property

What a fantastic property. We arrived on 5th October for a 19 day stay to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. Spent the weekend settling in with the plan to start the Disney adventure on the Monday. However a certain hurricane Milton was bearing down on us. The property manager who lives next door knocked on the door and gave us advice on how to prepare for our first experience of a hurricane. He explained everything we needed to know and helped prepare the property for what was coming our way. Another nice thing was we got a call from the owners themselves to put our minds at ease with what was coming. A real nice touch. Milton came a went but wasn't as bad as we were fearing. In fact we slept through it. Just a good drying day in Scotland where you might need 3 clothes pegs instead of 2! The villa had everything a family could possibly need. The pool was fantastic and we've created some wonderful memories that will stay with me forever. Disney is only 6 miles away and getting there was easy. I very highly recommend the villa to anyone going on vacation. We are missing it already.

Fabulous villa

Not one single thing could be improved in this fabulous villa. Has a real homely feel to it and we immediately settled in and felt relaxed. Simple things like washing up liquid in kitchen and detergent in laundry as well as coffee pods for the coffee machine already there was ideal. The pool area is fantastic and a pleasant surprise having solar panels heating the pool - being from Scotland we appreciated the warm water! Can't wait to stay at this amazing villa again.

Lovely, comfortable villa

We had a lovely two weeks at Jerry’s villa. The home is clearly well looked after and is a real home from home. The sitting room is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfortable too. There are plenty of towels and pool towels as well, which is a nice touch. The outside space is lovely and the pool is a good size for swimming. Tony next door keeps an eye on things and is there to answer any questions. The villa’s location is also good - close to supermarkets and restaurants and 15 minutes from the edge of Disney property so good for parks. We enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this villa!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was wonderful, like home from home. Everything you needed was there. The best pool we have come across in our 30 yrs of visiting Florida, very clean and nice design. Brilliant location close to the 192 highway. Tony and Elaine who managed the property were very pleasant and helpful. Just wish it was up to rent next year as would have loved to return and re-book straight away. Thank you very much. Beautiful family home

This house is so lovely, a home away from home. I stayed with my sister for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The pool is super clean and was so warm we had to ask for the solar heating to be switched off. Beds were comfortable and the house has so many pot, pans and cooking equipment. Nothing was lacking in this home. Great couple next door who take care of the property. No issues for us with the property but I’m sure if there were they would be on it in a flash. Hoping they may have us back another year.

Perfect hosts, perfect location and perfect home for a family holiday. Managed and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a Florida holiday. Everything you need is within a maximum 30 min drive of the villa, restaurants, shopping and theme parks This was our 3rd visit to this villa and won't be our last.

Wonderful villa

What an amazing holiday home this is ! We drove upto the villa and immediately thought what a lovely area this was! Once we entered the villa via the electronic door we were blown away … it was absolutely immaculate and smelt beautiful. There is absolutely the most amazing supply of towels, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything else you could imagine, the beds are so comfy we slept like logs! The pool is wonderful so clean and well cared for we loved to sit and relax by it. Tony and Eileen (management people) were such lovely people and obviously very conscientious about their work as the villa was perfect! Thank you so much Jerry and Suzie for allowing us to stay in your amazing home, we would love to return if you will have us .XX

Had the most wonderful two week stay in this fabulous villa. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us, the children loved the large pool and deck area. Perfect location as only ten minutes from Disney and close to lots of great restaurants. The property manager was super helpful when needed and the villa contains everything you could ever need during a holiday. We will be back ☺️

Fantastic family vacation home

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and loved every minute. Very spacious but cosy at the same time. Location was excellent. Pool was great and cleaned regularly. Tony and Eileen from next door were lovely and gave some great tips. Already planning on returning.

A real home from home

The six of us had the most amazing time in florida. The Villa was a true home from home, which some others claim, but very few actually deliver. THIS VILLA HAS IT IN SPADES. The location is perfect 15 / 20 min to most of the parks, passing loads of restaurants and bars along the way. Villa is spotless and with the property manager next door, issues are fixed the same day. we will be back.

This holiday villa was in a great location for Disney not so near to universal but loved it I can’t think of anything that was not available at the house I don’t think I have ever been to a holiday villa with so many towels in it 7 of us and not once did we run out would definitely go back

Perfect for the family

A beautiful, perfectly situated home/house within easy reach of all attractions, supermarkets and eating/drinking places. Every appliance and utensil that you could possibly need was provided and the house was very spacious and well maintained. The pool area is phenomenal and was put to great use by all of us. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly - not overrun by holidaymakers and was very peaceful. We rented an amazing villa within the Lindfields area in 2017 and had intended to return to it in 2018 but it was not available - this one met and exceeded all expectations and we thank the owners for allowing us to use their home. A mention to the maintenance company too, they were always on hand if you needed anything and responded immediately to all queries/issues. When we return to Florida, this will be our first port of call. 10/10

Fantastic Villa

Perfect villa in the perfect location.

The villa was lovely with all the facilities anyone could need. The main living area is huge, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a useful desk, dining table and lovely kitchen. Bedrooms are large and welcoming. Just what you need after a long day in the disney parks. The pool is lovely and warm and a nice size, we all enjoyed having a swim and a relax. Location is great only about 15-20 minute drive from Disney. Easy access to the I4 for Universal and SeaWorld. Both Publix and Wal-Mart about 5-10 minutes away. We enjoyed our holiday immensely and will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The Perfect Vacation Home!

Jerry and Nan's home is absolutely first class. It felt like 'our home' for the week we stayed there. We only went there as the villa we usually stay in was unavailable for one of our weeks. However we were absolutely delighted with it. it is huge with everything you would possibly need. I particularly liked the fact the pool and lanai is not overlooked by anyone For anyone who has not stayed on the Lindfields estate, it is in the perfect location for Disney, using Funie Steed Road (the back road) it avoids the traffic particularly when coming home from the parks. It also has easy access to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely consider using their villa again if we are lucky enough to be able to go to Orlando again. Fantastic Holiday Home in a great location

Wow... what a great two weeks we've just had. We'd read a review previously saying that the villa is far better than the photographs suggest. Well we thought the Villa looked great already but there is truth in it! It is far bigger than the photos suggest. Plenty of room for everyone. With regards to location it couldn't have been better. 13 minute drives into Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and 18 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. Also just 5 minutes from pretty much any family based restaurant you can wish for on the 192. Very quiet and away from any hustle and bustle so on the 3 rest days we had you could just relax and forget where you are. The two main bedrooms led out onto the terrace by the pool which was nice. The pool is great. It was heated and the water jets all turned on at 8:30 every day. It was also cleaned twice during our stay. It really felt like a home from home due to the amount of towels and things there to use such as irons and the sheer amount of plates, cutlery etc. There is no need to bring anything yourself! We are planning to return in a few years once the kids have grown up a bit and I don't think they'll be any searching for a villa next time we know where we'd like to stop! We had the added bonus of meeting Jerry and Suzie during our visit. Lovely people with a lovely home. Many thanks for letting us share your home. Paul, Marianne, Owen & Millie :)

Fantastische woning in mooie wijk

Vanaf de boeking zeer snelle en duidelijke communicatie ontvangen. Bij aankomst lag er een hartverwarmende boodschap klaar. Zeer mooie woning, in een zeer mooie wijk. Alles aanwezig in de woning wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Goede bedden, mooi verzorgd zwembad, zeer ruime woning. Airco werkt perfect! Ik kan deze woning iedereen aanbevelen!

Wonderful home

This is our second time staying in this home. It has about everything you could ever need. It is very clean and comfortable. I love the seating in the living room as it has a seat for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated. There are tons of towels and beach towels for you to use. The location is excellent. Close to Disney, Walmart and tons of restaurants. The owners are fantastic to work with. I love how it is homey and makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is very well stocked. I do plan on staying again.

Fabulous Home-away-from-Home!!!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing late June vacation at this fabulous property! Directions and access to the property were detailed and easy to follow. When you open the door, you notice the beautiful layout of the living areas and everything is clean! There is a detailed binder indicating all the information you need to understand the property. The pool was absolutely magic… warm, clean, wonderful! Our family LOVED being close to the attractions yet having a quiet spot to relax with family! We recommend this vacation home to everyone! You will not be disappointed! 😊
