Relax in this cozy-comfortable beach house. Whether you want a weekend get away to the beach or a family vacation that you can afford; this is the vacation place for you. Wake up and enjoy sitting on the front deck watching the sun rise. Take a stroll on the beach to search for shells and enjoy a day on the beach swimming, fishing, sun bathing, or just relaxing. Beach is across the street. After lunch, take a siesta on the sun porch before heading back to the beach for the afternoon. In the evening, unwind on the deck watching the beautiful sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.
The beach house is two story stucco. The two stories are totally seperate. The upper story is available for your vacation rental. The house is located on the west end of the island-approximately two miles from the bridge on the beach road (W Gorrie Dr). The upper story has two outside decks, sun porch(see picture), open living-dining and kitchen area (see picture), one tiled-bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, and two bedrooms. The living area has two full couches and one small couch. One of the full couches is a sleeper sofa. The kitchen area is hardwood flooring with island/bar and stools(see picture). The dining area has hardwood flooring with a dinner table and chairs. The house has outdoor chairs and a charcoal grill for deck use. There is also an outside shower under the stairs.

I don't know when quiet and comfortable became a turn on for me.... I prefere to unwind on vacation at this point in my life and this spot is the perfect place to do just that! We have rented from Pat for the past 2 years spending 2 week's in the spring. Pat's cozy,clean and comfortable little beach cottage on St George Island is a wonderful destination and priced perfectly! The decor is very beachy with Pat's collections of shells and treasures found, a television in the livingroom for those nights or afternoons that you don't want to go out, and plenty of magazines and reading materials to fill idle moments. My partner brings his fishing gear and I bring my art supplies so we have plenty to keep us entertained. The house is across the road from the beach and sitting out on the deck you can watch the dolfins, sip your coffee, get a fabulous florida tan with the sound of the surf so relaxing it will lull you to sleep! I love the island, we have been coming to St George for over 15 years, renting from various rental agencies as well as private owners and after finding this little gem I have looked no further for accomadations and have recommended it to others as a fabulous destination. Pat's house, much like St George and the forgotten coast is one of florida's best kept secrets!! You can thank me later (-: and Don't forget to check out the Blue Parrot our favorite place to eat!
