Beautiful views from the upstairs of a newly renovated 2 story home (downstairs lived in year-round). Large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, recliner and rocker overlooking gas fireplace and windows showing a beautiful view of Sawmill Creek Marina and Lake Erie. TV with DVD/VCR player close to bed. Some DVD's available.

In the living room is a sectional sofa with bed, futon, and additional cots along with TV with DVD player. "Kitchenette" with microwave, large sink, small refrigerator, grill accessible downstairs. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, separate toilet area.

  • Watch boats in and out of Sawmill Creek Marina. You can only hope a "nor'easter" comes in while you're visiting...the water over the break wall is GORGEOUS. The view is just as beautiful in the winter, especially when ice is on the lake...one morning the ice is all you can see and the next morning the ice has moved toward Canada, then back again the next morning. Always something to enjoy watching!!!

Personal Currency Assistant™

$1000 week, $300 deposit, $100 cleaning fee (check in Saturday 3pm
and check out noon the following Saturday) OR
Fall, Winter and Spring ONLY...$250 night with 3 night minimum stay; $350 a night
for 1 or 2 nights.  For nightly rental adults only, $300 refundable
deposit, $100 cleaning fee.
Deposit to be refunded upon determination property left in good
condition.
