Second stay at "Villa Laurent" for our family and the perfect accomodations on the island. A beautiful home with all the comfort and security to make us feel welcome during our week stay. This plus a spectacular view of both the carribean and atlantic from every room! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to St. Kitts. We will definitely be back.

Six of us stayed at Villa Laurent for a wedding. The Villa is stunning, both the house inside and the views outside. We loved being able to cook breakfast and eat on the terrace overlooking both the Atlantic and the Caribbean. The house was more than spacious enough for this large group. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there was never a feeling of being crowded. The wedding party was at the Marriott with events in various locations throughout Frigate Bay. While it was too far to walk, a call to the taxi stand and a reasonable fare of $2 per person got us where we needed to go in no time. From an airport pickup to having the fridge stocked for us ahead of time, we were totally taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Villa Laurent.

The location and quality of the Villa make it a spectacular vacation get away. Perched high on a hill above Frigate Bay in an area of upscale Villas, the views at any time of day or night are breathtaking. The Villa takes full advantage of the never-ending heavenly breezes from the trade winds. We never even turnred on the air conditioning.The best weather I have ever experienced. The Villa is spacious with soaring ceilings, top quality finishes, large and comfortable furniture, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and an enormous balcony perfect for enjoying the beautiful views and weather. If you want a special treat call Nature's Touch, husband and wife massage therapists and take your massage on the balcony after sunset. Hard to concieve of anything more relaxing. Both the owner and his respresentative on the island make every effort to accomodate your needs. Several restaurants, and beach bars are within walking distance. The rustic shack bars on the Caribbean beach are fun and have surprisingly good food. If you want to go more upscale for dinner try Marshalls which is only a few minutes drive. For your business needs or internet surfing the Villa has wireless internet access and you can alslo go down to Rituals, a Starbucks-like coffee shop with free wifi. And of course there's the Marriot hotel which has a bevy of restaurants, shops and business center. All-in-all Villa Laurent is first class place.

We just got back from a one week stay at Villa Laurent and it was perfect! I liked the big, open living and dining areas and the high ceilings were beautiful. The villa is up on a hill and the views from the front porch are amazing! The house was very clean and well maintained too. The property manager was really great too and gave us good suggestions of where to eat and recommended a fun snorkeling trip. We will definitely stay here again.

There could not have been a better place to stay than Villa Laurent. Modern appliances, a/c, spacious rooms, and incredible views make this vacation rental stand out above the rest. Only being built two years ago it is in mint condition with a modern feel. The best the villa has to offer is the view. You can't beat seeing the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea at the same time. There is also a view of the Marriott Resort and the resort golf course both within a 15 minute walk. I highly recommend staying at Villa Laurent.

St. Kitts was a blast and made that much better because of the accomodations at Villa Laurent. It was extremely spacious and the kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. My favorite part was the balcony. From this balcony I experienced the most amazing views I've ever seen. It was incredible being able to see the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea at the same time. I highly recommend staying here.
