It's 2.5 miles to the quaint town of Blowing Rock, but you will feel that you have a piece of Heaven all to yourself. The view is long range with mountains stretching into the distance from the large deck. You will want to spend all your time right there. Relaxing on the deck or sitting in front of the stone fireplace.
The Fall Foliage is a view of beauty to behold from the property.
The amenities include wonderful, comfortable beds and full kitchen. The master bath has just been updated and features a jetted jacuzzi tub inside. We just added a new air conditioning system.
The outdoor features include great shopping areas nearby and many many outdoor, nature activities.

We bought the vacation rental because we wanted to share this area with others. We care deeply that all who stay at the cabin have a wonderful, peaceful get away to enjoy. We personally oversee everything.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The views from the deck are awesome. Especially in the spring and fall. It is very peaceful and there is a large yard with plenty of space to walk around the property.

We love living in Blowing Rock. We love hiking and motorcycling in these beautiful mountains. We have two dogs and three cats. You couldn't make us ever leave here.

This cabin was really great! It was secluded but modern and the view is truly spectacular. The town of Blowing Rock is adorable, especially during the Christmas season. Appalachian Ski Mountain was perfect for beginner skiers and snow boarders. The outdoor ice skating could not compare to my childhood up North but was great for our Floridian children! The driveway to the cabin is very steep so heed the warning for a 4 wheel drive during potential snow/ice months. The inside of the cabin/house was inviting, extremely clean, cozy and charming. The owners were great and easy to work with. The cabin is two stories so that might be a problem for someone that has difficulty with stairs. My only hesitation about writing a good review is that the cabin might be booked the next time we want to use it! Enjoy!

We chose this trip last minute and it was such easy transaction. The cabin was perfect and the views were great. We enjoyed being able to jump in the truck and being 10 mins away from town. The cabin exceeded our expectations and the view is truly " A million Dollar View ". The cabin is really a "home in the woods " and the view rivals an overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which we also visited. Everything is supplied by Lisa to make you feel like her personal guest.
