The house is perfectly situated south of Moab town, south of the golf course in the Coyote Run . In less than 10 minutes you are down town. It is very quite and you can start your jogging, bike tours (Pipe dream) and hiking to Mill Creek directly from the house. Very clean, spacious rooms, kitchen well equipped as presented with the photos. The personal touch of KT make you feel at home. Make sur to enjoy the morning light on the Moab Rim with a coffee on the patio and to remember your adventures of the day on the upstairs deck with stars. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Beautiful home, very accommodating for 8 and their dogs. Well stocked and it was great to be able to have meals there whether inside or outside with the grill. Loved the location as it was a great spot to be able to enjoy Moab and the surrounding National Parks. Would definitely rent again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I went to Moab for a solo winter hiking week and was looking for a quiet, restful place to come home to every night. KT first described the home as "a perfect sanctuary" and it was the absolute truth. The home is warmly decorated and radiates peace. It doesn't feel like a vacation rental, it feels like someone let you borrow their well-lived in and cared for home. I loved having coffee with the sunrise on the rim in the mornings and enjoying a home cooked meal by the fireplace at night after 10 mile hikes. The stars and Milky Way are amazing from the master bedroom deck on a clear night. It was just the right place to mediate, read and listen to music. The house is exactly as pictured and described and well stocked with anything you'll need, even spices to cook with. The owner, KT, is a breeze to deal with and responds promptly. I'm addicted to the Utah canyons and hope this lovely home is available is available again when I return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Moab Rental- We loved this rental! The house was so nice and comfortable, we settled right in. And did not want to leave at the end of the week! We appreciated the location, as well. You are not in the middle of downtown Moab, but out just a few miles outside. It’s quiet and feels like you are in the countryside. But, you can be in Moab, by car, in just a few minutes. And, it’s so easy to get to Arches or Canyonlands from there. I especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the patio, looking out at the mountains and trees. We were serenaded by birds and cows at cocktail hour. And, I spent some time at night stretched out on a lounge chair looking at the stars. The unit is well equipped. But, bring your own bar soap and coffee. (Although, Starbucks is only a few miles away.) It was a great vacation and we look forward to returning here for another stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This place is exactly like the photos show - a new, very nicely maintained house by a golf course. The kitchen is full of everything you need for cooking. It is close to the shopping area - several minutes drive. One thing worth to point out that if you arrive in night, you might be wondering if you are in the right place due to the wildness looking surroundings. The environment is actually one of the main advantages this place has.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

We had the opportunity to stay at this property for a week while we explored the greater Moab area. It was an excellent home and we enjoyed everything it had to offer. The property had very comfortable furniture and beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The home was very clean and we had no unexpected surprises. The whole rental process was painless and KT was really easy to work with and get everything setup. I would highly recommend the place and after talking with others, bit might be the best deal in the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Myself and two other guys went to Moab to do some riding and we truly enjoyed our stay at KT's house. It was spacious and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was close to town and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We would love to come and stay again! Hopefully soon! Thank you KT for all of you help and quick responses. We truly appreciate all you did to help make our stay comfortable.
