This home is a 3250 square foot (302 square meters)beautifully located and furnished Four PLUS bedroom (large room in basement with two queen size fold outs & twin size fold out in office on top floor), 4.5 bathroom space with its' own private outdoor hot tub, indoor steam room and jacuzzi bath tub in the master bath. Located at the end of the bike path and on the FREE bus route in East Vail just four miles and ten minute bus ride from Vail Village. Outdoor Hot Tub and gas grill sit on wrap around deck that overlooks Gore Creek ~ 75 feet away. Slab granite countertops and shower stalls throughout.
Home is spread across three floors with top floor containing Master Bedroom (Queen bed, medium size TV, bathroom with shower stall & jacuzzi bathtub, walk in closet and two small outdoor decks), Junior Suite bedroom (queen size bed, small wall mounted TV, full closet, small balcony and private bath), Large office with twin size fold out & high speed cable Internet (Wi-Fi as well), bunk bed room and hallway bathroom. Ground floor has laundry room with front loading oversized units (extra dryer in garage), half bath, large comfy family room with 51" wall mounted TV & extra TV in entertainment center, dining room and modern kitchen with gas range in island and double oven. Basement has large casual room (with two queen size fold out beds and full entertainment center - perfect for kids). Also in basement, a bedroom with queen bed, full size closet, bathroom with nice sized shower stall, and steam room.
Everything (except basement carpet) has been updated since purchase in fall of 2001, never formally rented before 2008 - 09 ski season and meticulously maintained. Extra pillows, bedding and sheets for all the rooms.
Layout of the house lends itself really well to two or more families (assuming kids get along with each other!) with enough space to allow privacy for adults and young adults. Ideal renters would be a large family (or two) or three couples that will treat my home like their second home. Call with any questions or concerns.
