I went to Serenity over New Year's, 2008-9. It is a beautiful property - fantastic luxury and yet very comfortable. The beach is amazingly beautiful - I think it's the best beach I have ever stepped on - and it's right outside your front door. No neighbors, clear azure water, powdery sand. And San Salvador is a lovely island with warm and friendly people. This is not your typical Caribbean island!

We had such a glorious stay. Serenity is true to its name. It’s right on the beach. You walk out the front door directly on the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Caribbean water. The privacy and beauty are amazing! Inside, the home is a designer showcase. Each room with it’s own style. There are two master bedrooms downstairs and 4 slightly smaller yet gorgeous rooms upstairs. One room is perfect for either children or young adults. The kitchen is perfect for spoiled “foodies” who love to cook in style. It is impeccably appointed with all the best appliances and two dishwashers which was perfect for our big party. We had fantastic private parties that started with cocktails on the porch looking at the most magnificent sunsets. You really want to stay here. Enjoy it. I know we’ll be back.

This home was beautifully, meticulously appointed. We constantly said the beach (which is very close to the home) looked like a picture postcard. We enjoyed lounging on the outdoor couches during sunsets and thought we were in heaven! Every room is spacious and the beds were as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud. Snorkeling revealed incredible sea life and the most live conchs we've ever seen. All the appliances and fixtures were high end and each room had it's own temperature control! 12 of us were there and we never felt cramped-so spacious. We will be back for sure!!!

My two boys and I, together with my extended family stayed at Serenty the week after Christmas. It was truly "Heaven on Earth"...It was THE most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Access to the beach is at your doorstep. The privacy is unbelievable. We walked the beach each day. My kids snorkled and were so impressed by the reefs which were 20 feet from shore!! Our weather was superb. The amenities were all new and so comforting. We didn't need a thing. If you want to go on a vacation and truly "leave it all behind", this is the place for you...

This is the most relaxing and luxurious vacation house we have ever visited in the Caribbean. The bedrooms are all beautifully appointed with excellent quality matresses, luxurious bedding, and beautiful, solid furniture. The bathrooms are spacious and well lit with thick, gorgeous towels. The kitchen is huge with a wonderful teak table that seated 16 people when we visited. And the family room is perfect when you are travelling with kids from young ones to teenagers. The flat screen tv and the satellite connection mean that evenings can be spent watching movies or doing guitar hero! While the house is extraordinary, the beach is the thing that puts it over the top. The sand is white, soft and full of sparkles. The water is clear, aquamarine and there is never another sole around. Snorkeling near the house is calm but captivating. And there are lots of other places around the island to go if you want to be overwhelmed with sea life. Our favorite part of the visit was sitting out on the big front deck each evening and watching the sun set over the Atlantic. The patio furniture is ample and comfortable and it's easy to read, nap or just converse out there. This really is a superb property. And, I hasten to add, well worth the rental price. We are planning a return visit next year.

My wife and 4 teenage boys rented this incredible home in the Bahamas. Out their back door is where Heaven meets the earth. The house is absolutely spectacular, brand new with all the amenities one could want. The beach is RIGHT THERE, awesome sand, there are reefs and all sorts of tropical fish, so the fishing and the snorkling were tremendous. We are going back over the 4th of July this year again, the family CANNOT WAIT!!!! The bedrooms are spacious, the bedding is comfy and the linens are first class. We used their gas grille every night and enjoyed bucolic sunsets and sunrises off the back porch. The dining room table could seat a ship of Vikings. There are not enough STARS for this home, it is a 10 STAR RESORT. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, relax, enjoy the sun and beach and the Bahamians cannot do enough for you. Don't miss out RENT THIS PALACE.
