This two and a half bathroom apartment sleeps 5 comfortably. Detail description:
24/7 secured gated condo complex. 4-zone air-conditioning. Off street parking in the parkade, FOB controlled main elevator leading to private foyer. More than 9 ft high ceiling with upscale finish.
Luxuriously decorated with porcelain tiles and feature lighting fixtures.
We cater to families. Our master bedroom ensuite has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a nice walk-in shower and spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom with a spacious desk has a single bed and can be used as a den.
It is furnished with sofa, loveseat and entertainment centre. Living room has access to the balcony with spectacular ocean-city view. All the bedrooms have ocean view.
All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Full size washer with detergent provided in the ensuite laundry room. Additional cleaning (or maid) service is provided at a small fee and is highly recommended. There is a $100 of fully refundable damage deposit required during booking.
Cabled LCD TVs, all-zone DVD player and the stereo amplifier system are provided.
Kitchen with full size appliances, including gas stove and a powerful vented hood, a full size microwave oven. The kitchen is stocked with cook utensils for your culinary pleasure. There is an electric appliance to provide filtered hot and cold drinking water for your convenience.
This condominium resort complex is recently completed by IJM, one of the most prestigious builders in Malaysia. It has 4-zone air-conditioning and over 9 ft. high ceiling with ambient-lighting ceiling. Porcelain tiles and ceiling fans will give you added comfort. A modern kitchen with plenty of cabinet spaces. Hi Lawrence, Thanks for making your condo available to us for the short term holiday rental. We had a fantastic stay, as the facilities were great. Adrian was extremely helpful and cooperative and helped us settle in when we first arrived. There were a couple of items that you could think about adding to the condo for future rentals - a toaster, some condiments (eg salt, pepper, sugar, oil), some mixing bowls and other basic utensils. Maybe another swipe card would be useful to go with the second set of keys. We really did enjoy our stay and would recommend the apartment to other travellers. We have just returned home and seen that you have returned our deposit, which is much appreciated. Thanks again, Karen and Bevan Sweerts
