Our property is located at the end of a peninsula with beautiful tidal views of Battery Creek which is fed off Port Royal Sound coming from the Atlantic Ocean. What our guests love most, besides our southern hospitality, is the location...they feel like they are out away from everything on our scenic point of land yet they are within minutes of Parris Island Marine Corp Depot, Historic Downtown Beaufort,& so much more.
They also enjoy staying in our 1970's two story home that sits back from the road and has plenty of privacy for large family gatherings. As you walk up to the house there is a gold-fish pond, garden and on the porch is a Hot Springs hot tub that will fit up to four people. The Carolina Room (sunroom) is on the waterfront side of the house.
The master king room and a queen guest room is located upstairs with a restroom and shower. There is a full bath and queen guest room downstairs.
There are hardwood floors throughout the house. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that have two comfortable leather couches that are great for sleeping.
The sunroom also has a sleeper couch. The study is setup with a desk for your laptop and has room for an air mattress if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of linens.
If you need other types of accommodations and/or catering, please let us know. Our family who has enjoyed this property for four generations will be available to assist in any reasonable way so that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We hope you select our home to be your home while you visit "Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea".

My husband and I want to invite you to stay in our family home while you visit Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea. My late father (a Master Gunnery Sgt)purchased this home after he retired from the Marine Corp in 1977. It sits at the end of a penisula of land along a major tidal creek off the Port Royal Sound near Parris Island. It is located within 5 to 10 miles of everything Historic Beaufort has to offer. Please take time to read the comments written by other guests in our log book. Many have commented that the house (and location) is better than they thought it is was going to be....we hope you choose to stay with us and add to all the love and laughter this home holds within its walls.
