Why the Owner Chose Montgomery Estates
This two story house is conveniently located and easy to get in and out particularly during winter season. The floor plan layout is open for large group and physically situated and surrounded by trees with privacy. The back yard is fenced. We also love the character of this house, not old, not contemporary, but warm and use friendly.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have stayed in the Winter and enjoy nearby snow sledding and skiing. We love to hike from the back road trails, walk along the beach and bike along the lake. Once in a while, we play at Casino too.

We are grandparents of 5 and often get together in Tahoe to play in the snow and ski, or walk along the beach and hiking in the woods. We always have a good time and would love to share with others about the beauty and serenity of the lake, forest,and weather.

A very warm and comfortable vacation home. It is easy to get to and conveniently located. The hot tub is out of this world!
