  Overall, our experience was great. The location of the condo is good...easy ski in but you need to drive up to the hill which is only a couple minutes away. The condo was nice but lacking in details. Wi-fi was horrible, almost non-existent as you would get kicked off the system often. Hot water ran out if more than two showered in a row. Lights were burnt out and the fireplace didn't work until we fixed them ourselves. The owner was good to deal with but not available for these fixes and had no one in place for a back up for him. I would still say that because of the good price, I would stay again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

  very nice place! satelite t.v. is a big plus for hockey fans.I would suggest stocking a little more toilet paper and paper towel.clean kitchen also!!

  I would rate this property as average at best given the way it is promoted. We were disappointed when we arrived. It is toted as upscale (futon couch in living room) but isn't and ski to your door would only apply if you are a cross county skier. The unit is a bit "tired" and "wantiong" and cleanliness was an isse (dishes and dog hair everywhere). The entrance opens to a steep staircase up into the property so beware. Rooms were of a decent size and there is a good size dining table.

  We had a great Xmas holiday here. The condo is nicely laid out and is very well furnished. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests and seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay in his property. This was our first trip to Fernie but won't be our last, the skiing was exceptional.

  We stayed in this condo in January 2009 and loved it. It is spacious and well finished, the descriptions and photos on the website are all accurate. The owner was easy to contact and was responsive. I recommend staying in this condo.

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo with its amazing views and great location on the ski hill. It was set up perfectly for my family. The owner was easy to deal with and was very flexible. We will be back.
