Our philosophy as owners is that your vacation experience - be it 3 days or 3 months - should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style, and we have equipped our home with what we consider to be absolute necessities for a comfortable stay:
Our favorite fabric-- cotton! We've used cool, comfy cotton on our wonderful new mattresses: 400 thread count sheets and pillowcases, soft cotton and down alternative blankets, fresh, white towels, big thirsty beach towels, and even thirsty kitchen towels. Don't you loathe the kind that don't absorb water?
And speaking of the kitchen-- so fresh and sparkling clean-- with all new white dishes, heavy, quality flatware, lots of serving pieces, all new bakeware, plenty of matching glassware, plus solid plastic drinking glasses (great for outside use). There is plenty of counterspace for making cookies or blending drinks and lots of cabinet space for stashing all of your "stuff". People tell us 9 Pine Court has the best dishwasher they have ever used. (A Maytag extra tall in case you wonder.)
LCD Flat screen television with DVD in living room and each bedroom. Living Room television features High Definition. All digital cable, plus Showtime and Starz premium channels (Parental control available)on all televisions. Some days and nights are just great for staying in and watching a movie......
9 Pine Court also features some wonderful outdoor spaces. Boring (but appreciated): covered parking for 2 cars plus a storage area for bikes. And not so boring (and also appreciated): Private deck with flowering jasmine, table and 6 chairs, plus 2 chaises and gas grill (always clean!).
More ways to stay connected: High speed WiFi and complimentary local and long distance calling (48 states).
And then there's the furnishings....
The home at 9 Pine Court has just been transformed and filled with all brand new furnishings and accessories. We think you will find our "coastal chic" look to be cool, comfortable and calming. Everything is fresh and super clean-- you will not find it any other way.
Our commitment to high standards also applies to your total vacation experience - not just our ideal accommodations. Your inquiry will be promptly responded to, reservations are easily made by credit card, and we provide you in advance with our "Everything You Need to Know" packet outlining everything from arrival and departure instructions (drive directly to your home- we meet you there), to our favorite restaurants and " must do's" to finding a doctor on a Sunday ... which, hopefully, you won't need to do!

PETS: We welcome your well behaved pet for a small additional fee-less than boarding and lots more fun - Greenwood Forest is a great neighborhood for dog walking! A well behaved pet is welcome to join you for $95 additional. Have a second pet clamoring to come, too? Call or email to discuss.

LOCATION: Mapquest or GoogleMap 9 Pine Court, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Greenwood Forest is nearly equidistant from Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Beach Club -- 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to any of the three!
Bikes: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child size bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pack that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.
Beach Chairs: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR-- if you prefer, you may also rent the traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pack, which will be emailed to you when you inquire on your vacation dates.
Beach Proximity -- Hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 10-12 MINUTE WALK-- GOOD FOR A STROLL OR EXERCISE, BUT IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE.
