Welcome to 9 Pine Court, a Beverly Serral Signature Rental in Greenwood Forest, Sea Pines.

Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest our guests have ever stayed in. It is one of Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously.

Our favorite fabric-- cotton! We've used cool, comfy cotton on our wonderful new mattresses: 400 thread count sheets and pillowcases, soft cotton and down alternative blankets, fresh, white towels, and big thirsty beach towels.

And speaking of the kitchen-- so fresh and sparkling clean-- with all white dishes, heavy, quality flatware, lots of serving pieces, all new bakeware, plenty of matching glassware, plus solid plastic drinking glasses (great for outside use). There is plenty of counterspace for making cookies or blending drinks and lots of cabinet space for stashing all of your "stuff".

LCD Flat screen television with DVD in living room and each bedroom. Living Room television features HD and HBO and Cinemax. Some days and nights are just great for staying in and watching a movie...... we have a great DVD library and dozens of bestselling books!

9 Pine Court also features some wonderful outdoor spaces. Underrated but appreciated when it rains--covered parking for 2 cars plus a storage area for bikes. You'll also love the private deck with flowering jasmine, table and 6 chairs, and gas grill (always clean!).

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for a small additional fee of $95, surely less than boarding and lots more fun! Greenwood Forest is a great neighborhood for dog walking! Have a second pet clamoring to come, too? Call or email us to discuss the possibilities.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet smell in this house!

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 2 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes walking to the ocean.

More details--hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 15 MINUTE WALK from the house, GOOD FOR A STROLL OR FOR EXERCISE; BUT, IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club, but in summer, we suggest best parking is before 10 am or after 2 pm.

BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: For a week long stay, start with your rental rate (below), then add 11% for sales and lodging taxes, then add $45 for damage insurance policy (required!). This is your total-- no additional charges for "administrative" or “booking" fees.

PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and your personal check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Initial Rental Policies document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates.

SHORT STAYS: Start with the weekly rate, then pro-rate for your number of nights (see minimum), then add $165 for departure cleaning, then add 11% taxes, then add $45 damage insurance to arrive at total.

DISCOUNTS FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 8-21 days in advance of arrival and receive 15% off published rate. Book 7 or fewer days in advance and receive 25% off published rate. First adjust the rate for the discount, then add taxes, (and cleaning if a short stay) and $45 damage insurance.

WINTER OR LONG TERM RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Ask about our winter "Super Specials": 3 months for one price including travel/trip interruption insurance.

MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Calculated as 7% of your final total less the damage insurance, this optional yet encouraged program protects your entire group from financial loss of your vacation dollars. Ask for details when you inquire. Even pre-existing medical conditions can be included.

  • Air Conditioning : Great (NEW 2010) heat pump system in this house means cozy warm in winter and cool and comfy in summer.
  • Linens Provided : The BEST! 400 thread count sheets, soft cottone balnkets, down alternative blankets, thirsty cotton towels and bath mats, plenty of extra pillows-- all fresh and clean!
  • Washer : We always have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use. This house has our favorite laundry room of all.
  • Dryer : Also- lots of storage for beach bags, toys, all the stuff you bring with you! That's why we love it......
  • Covered Parking : Covered parking for 2 cars, plus driveway parking for a third if needed, and lots of space for bikes.

  • King Bed : Pillow top King mattress in the master bedroom- already proclaimed a very good sleep by our guests.

  • Shared Pool : Neighborhood Pool- quiet with a bit of shade- just around the circle or swim at the Plantation Club across the street from the Beach Club and enjoy lots of sun! Plantation Club pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter/Spring Break weeks.

  • Full Kitchen : Literally, everything you need! All new white dishes and heavy flatware, lots of serving pieces for dining in, great glassware and also plastic drinking cups, new Cuisinart cookware, 4 slice toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, and more.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided : Yes, everything, plus always sharp knives!
  • Refrigerator : Maytag stainless and spotless!
  • Dishwasher : Tall tub Maytag- everything fits! This is our favorite dishwasher in all of our homes. Ok, this is weird, we know.
  • Microwave : Stainless Maytag over the Gemini range-- 2 ovens plus microwave!

  • Catering Available : We have wonderful chefs who will deliver a special meal to you, or come to the house and cook for your crowd!
