If you enjoy the best, this property is for you! This is an amazing property right on the Park City ski run above Main Street. It is a 6 bedroom home luxury home has great views as well as several unique gathering areas.
It has a theater room with 7.1 surround sound and a mix of theater chairs and leather recliners. It has over 40 speakers throughout the home.
The kitchen is made for the chef - Thermador range with convection oven, a separate electric oven, two dishwashers, huge fridge and freezer, and an ice maker (downstairs). There is adjoining dining area and living room. Plenty of room for larger groups (up to 19).
The game room is fantastic - pool table, air hockey, foosball, card table and a large TV. At one end of the room is the ski access with a nice ski prep area which includes a washer and dryer.
There is another laundry room with two sets of front end loader washers and dryer.
The home heating system is great - radiant heat in the floors provide a warm to the feet heat. In this dry climate, the radiant heat is so much nicer than the forced air systems.
It has an outdoor fireplace, and also has three bedrooms with fireplaces and two more fireplaces in the game room and living room - so a total of six fireplaces.
The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are beautiful. Lots of travertine and slate that are warmed nicely by the radiant heat. The master bath has an air bubble tub and also a full-body spray shower.
