We love going to the beach! We are beach-hunters and travel all over the island just to reach our favorite beaches. Our favorite at the moment is Kauna'oa Beach, which has often been voted the best of United States and world beaches! We enjoy sunning on our lanai, swimming in our pool and unwinding in our wonderful flower garden.

Ever since my wife and I honeymooned on the Big Island, O'ahu and Maui, we simply fell in love with the Hawaiian Islands and their splendor. In 2000, we decided to pursue our dreams of building a home on the Big Island of Hawaii, our favorite of the islands we had visited then and still our favorite after experiencing all of Hawaii. We purchased our land in the exclusive Champion Ridge subdivision as it seemed the most exciting and friendly of the neighborhoods at the five-star Mauna Lani Resort and we have never regretted our decision. Halenani, our seven-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom estate was completed in March of 2004. We now have children who enjoy the house and love to bring along friends -- they never want to leave! We are excited to be sharing our home with the world through VRBO and hope to see you at Halenani some day!
