Villa as described. Left welcome pack, not just bread and milk, they left cheese, ha., butter, jam, marmalade, water, ice. It was perfect. Katie the property manager went above and beyond putting 18th birthday decorations up and a large chocolate cake in the fridge. Perfect stay, did not want to leave. Thanks again.

What a fab time we had! This villa is a great location to stay, everything is within walking distance. The welcome pack and meal provided was very welcome! Nikos is the most amazing host and is so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Third time in one of his villas and hope that there will be many more!!!

Check in was really easy. Host was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and had an engineer out Easter Monday and new one delivered on the Tuesday. Also had issue with pool heating and again someone was out the same day. Location was good but you do need a car.There was a loaf of bread, butter and jam as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a litre of milk when we got there.

The property was fantastic and spotless inside and out and a lovely pool and had everything we needed as a family. The owner messaged me several times to see if I needed anything which was very helpful but we needed nothing and definitely booking again .

Our stay at the villa was superb, we were so sad to leave. The villa is equipped with everything you need, extremely spacious, decorated beautifully and of course our own pool, heaven!!! Kimberley was fantastic - she was so attentive, gave us loads of information about the area and if we had any questions we could always contact her directly and she answered immediately, always with a smile in her voice!!! The location of the villa was great, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants - if we wanted to travel further the buses were extremely reliable and cheap. We would definitely recommend this fabulous villa and would love to return next year!!! Thank you Kimberley so much for our stay at your villa and a brilliant holiday in beautiful Cyprus 😊😊

Great stay here. Modern and clean . So close to the strip and being on the end of the road means privacy as nobody really goes past . Everything you needed. Couldn’t fault it . Will be recommending

My family and I spent two weeks at this villa. I spent months researching villas in a lot of locations to find the perfect one for us and I am a bit picky and like a bit of luxury! I decided to take faith in the reviews from previous holiday makers. I challenge anyone to find reviews as good as this villa for a similar price. I can confirm that all the comments made about this villa are accurate. There are no disappointments and I will be forever grateful to the folk that have left reviews hence me now doing this one. The villa is exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside, the space is amazing and the view has to be experienced to be appreciated. I took a video of the view and the noise of the waves to play back to remind me of the beauty of this place. I am so grateful for the memories my family and I now have. Thank you to Carol, the owner and a big thanks to Sylke, the lady who is never far away for help and advice in Cyprus. You both made the holiday so easy. Thank you. x
