I have had the opportunity to stay at this location many times while visiting in Jalisco, Vallarta, Mexico. I have always been pleased with the many amenities that this villa offers. The complex is well kept and the pool area is always clean. There is plenty of room if you have a large group with a bedroom on the first floor away from the other two bedrooms. The villa is very open as the pictures shows. I feel very secure since the area is behind a locked gate at all times. I enjoy the views that I get from this place. I like that it is only a short walk down to old city and to the beach. I like to cook while I am in Mexico and again this location affords me the opportunity to walk to the market area to buy my fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats. I get the added enjoyment of the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship; the steeple from the church is lit each night to add to the lights of the city and the lights across the bay. I plan to stay here again on my return.

This quiet and spacious condo with secured entry has wonderful views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta city from both of the spacious patios and the pool deck. The condo is within easy walking distance of the Zona Romantica, the Malecon promenade, and many beaches, outstanding restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The condo is situated in a clean neighborhood and is built for privacy. The condo is well appointed with amenities, furnishings, and cooking facilities. I would stay here again!

Highly recommended. I stayed at this secluded 3 BR, 2 level condo with friends in March 2011. The condo has a good layout with all of the expected modern amenities. Clean and well maintained. Several decks allow for al fresco dining and harbour views. The gated entry is up a series of stairs that are separate from other units in the complex - so it feels like you are in your own private resort. A deck pool is up a set of stairs. The condo faces north so it remains cool. Nice tropical landscaping. Its location is convenient to the Zona Romanica and Malicon. Lots of nice restaurants, shops, and galleries are located nearby.
