Gulfview II Condominium is a charming three-story building with 350 feet of deeded beach, which is a very short (2 minute) walk across the street. This unit is a one bedroom with queen-size bed and hall bunks (two twin beds); the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and one bathroom.
The private balcony has an excellent Gulf view. There are two pools, one heated and a hot tub on premises. This unit is fully furnished to meet all your needs, has a full kitchen and is an excellent value! There is a washer and dryer on each floor of the complex.
Please come relax and enjoy our beautiful beaches. No pets and no smoking.

I had such a wonderful experience with the rental of this condo and will def use them for our trip next year. The condo was super nice and wonderful ocean view! We will be back many beach vaca's to come.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Stayed here in April 2010. Rick was super-easy to deal with and the condo was EXACTLY as described. My wife is a clean freak and this place fit the bill. It was spotless and it is obvious the owners care. If you want a condo to stay in in Destin, then I wholeheartedly recommend Gulfview 226. I really appreciated the all-inclusive rate as well....which was the cheapest of any condo in this complex.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
