This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living area has a sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to have a maximum of 4 people. With 2 TVs and a DVD player, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Note: Gulfview does not have elevators. No Pets Allowed.

This property was nice. The photos seemed slightly outdated, as the furniture was not as new/nice as pictured. We loved the location! It was super close and had an amazing view of the ocean. Contacting the property mangers was also super easy and they were very nice! We would stay here again!

Gulfview is at a great location. We picked it specifically because it gave beach view along with being able to watch traffic lol. Very clean u jt and the private beach access was a plus!

Great location, great access to the beach, and great people watching if you're into that! Stayed here last year and will be back next year! Can't beat the price and location! The A/C unit is new and was louder than expected when running. But worked great considering it was 101! Will book again!

2nd time to rent this same unit and we will rent it again! It’s the perfect size for us. It is in a great location, clean and comfortable, great balcony with an amazing view! We walked to restaurants and shopping and also really enjoy the walking/running/biking track located right in front of the condo that runs the length of Miramar beach! Beautiful beach and water and the beach service was great too! 10/10!
