Our three story brownstone is located in the heart of "Brownstone Brooklyn" and the trendy Park Slope neighborhood.

These homes were built starting in the mid 1800 's until just after the turn of the century. Ours is from 1901. We are renting our third floor bedroom and living area which has its own entrance, but is part of our home.

We have added a kitchen sink plus small refrigerator for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The entire third floor space is approximately 1000 square feet.

ALLERGY ALERT: this property is home to two friendly but hairy dogs.

  • My husband and I stayed here during a wedding in Brooklyn and we loved the apartment! It is in a great location for just about everything...restaurants, little boutiques and the subway. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has more than everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it for a New York trip.

  • We felt as though we might have been in our own home for the 4 days we were there. In addition to the charming comfortable apartment, the location is ideal-so convenient for shops,great restaurants or a walk in the park yet the apartment is cozy quiet at night. We will definitely stay here next trip to NY. And we loved the dogs! Hope to make it to the park before 9:00AM next time to see the off-leash romp.

  • My wife and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. It is very spacious and well furnished, including a well-appointed kitchen, a very comfortable bed, WiFi and cable TV. We went to several performances in Manhattan and it was very convenient to the city--an easy walk to the subway (R Train) and then an easy ride (30-45 minutes) to the theatre district. It took between 45 minutes and an hour to get to Lincoln Center, but still a realtively quick trip. We regularly returned to the apartment around midnight and felt perfectly safe walking through the neighborhood at that time. And speaking of the neighborhood, it offers many good restaurants, coffee shops, bagel shops and bars as well as a complete grocery store and wine shop all within a couple of blocks. Margaret also has a beautiful garden with a fountain that can be heard from the bedroom--very soothing. Also 2 charming dogs. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to NY.

  • I have stayed here several times over the last few years and it wouldn’t occur to me to try anything else. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the F and R are in walking distance. But above all, the apartment is quite wonderful. The spacious bedroom with adjoining walk in closet opens to a lovely garden – all you hear at night is the fountain and you wouldn’t believe you’re in the city. The living area is nicely decorated, a functioning kitchenette and WLAN complete the picture. The landlords are courteous and so is the dog.
