La Casa Habana -- the Harbor House on the Gulf of Mexico - Exclusive and Private Morton Street at Mile Marker 58 on Grassy Key. This house was completely renovated in 2004- a new and modern kitchen with granite counter dining- a formal dining area with panoramic water views - a covered porch 24 feet by 15 feet overlooking the Gulf. The dock extends to four feet of water and can accommodate almost any boat up to 40 feet. Keys fishing right from the dock-- its unbelievable.
There is ceramic tile throughout the house -- its clean and cool. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bath and a TV. The second bedroom is a queen, and the third is two twins. The living room sofa is a pull-out. This house can accommodate two small families. City license # PLR 2004-00379.
Cleaning is included, and free long distance anywhere in the U.S.
The 26 foot pool has an extensive deck and a hot tub/spa. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. This is a private tropical paradise.
A kayak for 2 adults and 1 child is on site. Two bicyles available for exploring the island. The wildlife on Grassy Key is spectacular.

The location is fabulous- open water on the Gulf- quiet and peaceful. Grassy Key is a nature-lover's dream, with exotic water birds, fish, dolphins- all at the back door. We can kayak from the dock to the mangroves. We can fish at the dock, out in the backcountry flats, or out on the reefs. Snorkeling and diving are great. Every flavor of watersport is available locally, yet it still has the laid-back keys ambience.
