All pillow top mattress, nice feather pillows and 400 TC bed sheets plus luxury hotel white towels.

This home features a high vaulted ceiling through out, main level total 1350 square feet, bright and open design with a sky light over the kitchen island, two full-size private bathrooms each with a tub/shower.

Cosmopolitan living room with 42" HD Flat-Screen TV, Gas Fireplace and a good quality leather sofa. And a very nice view of green space off the window!!


Fully equipped self catering kitchen with walk in pantry, island and 2 bar stools; fridge, Maytag ceramic top stove with double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker Steamer/Rice Cooker and blender.

Plenty of parking space, attached two car garage plus parking on the driveway.

Don't need to worry if you have a little one, we have a playpen perpared for him/her to get a good night sleep. Wood crib can also be provided.

Laundry facility is also provided.

Year Purchased: 1999

We are a middle aged couple with kid and dog. We love to travel especially like to visit countries where we can explore the natures and animals. We are very lucky to live close by the Rocky mountains, where you can go hiking, biking, camping and skiing in every season.

Our goal is to make your stay a comfortable and unforgetable one.

Why the Owner Chose Calgary

Family oriented neighborhood, close to bus station, schools and all amenities and easy access to the Rocky mountains.
