But if you've never been then come experience it and stay in this beautiful home! This luxury townhome is outstanding and compliments the beautiful scenery it is surrounded by. It was the actual "model home" for the exclusive community of the "Last Sun at the Cove". The furnishings and decor are therefore exquisite and well-adorned as well as being comfortable and family-friendly.
It consists of over 4000 sq ft. featuring 4 bedrooms (including dual master suits), 6 bathrooms, game room, 8 person spa, 3 stone fireplaces, luxurious gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art audio/video system including an Ipod docking station, vaulted ceilings, a BBQ deck and beautiful craftsmanship throughout.
It is situated across from the 10th fairway of the Park Meadows Country Club and offers unobstructed and incredible mountain, ski resort and golf course views. The community offers a private pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, hiking/biking trails and is a 5 minute drive to Park City/Deer Valley ski resorts, golf courses and Main Street.

Within walking distance of the front door you will encounter Miles of Beautiful hiking trails with sightings of deer and other wildlife almost daily.
Just across Meadows drive is our community pool/jacuzzi that also has an outdoor entertainment area with BBQs. The tennis courts are right next door.

No boarders allowed on Deer Valley Mountain! but it has beautiful restaurants and great hiking in the summer!

Jordanelle Reservoir is one of Utah's most famous waters, and is known as a trophy Smallmouth Bass fishery. It also has some real trophy sized Brown Trout and some big Largemouth Bass as well. There are many other aquatic activities as well.

This property was perfect for our weekend, we had 8 adults (4 of whom ran the Mid-Mountain Marathon) with every couple having their own beds and bath accomodations. The owners could not have been more friendly or helpful...their home is beautiful, comfortable, enough room everybody could spread out, great kitchen, fun downstairs and hot tub area, and amazing views of Park City.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The pictures do not do this house justice; it is gorgeous! We had a family reunion this summer with 7 adults & 2 kids & had plenty of room. The house is centrally located to both downtown Park City & Kimball Junction, making it easy to explore the town. The kitchen has every appliance you could dream of. We loved the amazing views from the deck while sitting out reading or enjoying a meal. Our son was crazy about all the toys, board games, movies, etc. Having a portable crib, booster seat, etc. available at the house was super convenient. The owner is incredibly responsive & easy to work with. Would definitely recommend & look foward to returning.

Thsi is the nicest ski house I have rented. It is clean, luxurious and well maintained. There are high end kitchen appliances. The hot tub worked great.The deck overlooks both Park City and Deer Valley resorts. Minutes from downtown and skiing. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and responed immediately to our questions. I would love to stay here again.

This house is great - plenty of room for our four adults and two small children to spread out and relax. Very nice finishes throughout and convenient location. The owner could not have been more hospitable. Our family hopes to return next year if not sooner.

We stayed in this house last winter for a ski trip and had a great time. This is a very high class property with every creature comfort you would want in a fine home. The views are fantastic from every window, and the house is well located close to town, restaurants and the ski areas. We will definitely be coming back.

The pictures don't do this property justice. The views are breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms are plush and encompass a Swiss mountain charm. The kitchen is spacious and located centrally on the second floor which, is perfect for entertaining. I really can't use enough superlatives to properly describe this gem. You need to check it out for yourself!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your incredible home. The accommodations were top notch and my family can't remember a better trip. The gourmet kitchen and formal dining room were great for entertaining and being together, while the three-story layout gave everyone just enough privacy. There was something for everyone and we plan to return again and again!
