This Dream Villa, with a 900 sq ft (83 m) suite with lots of windows. It is ideal for relaxing & unwinding, a perfect hideaway, as it is nestled in the middle of a green belt, surrounded by nature with wildlife wondering through.
Great for family, couples, or travelers looking for relaxation, or experience many of the activities in the Fraser Valley.
Or simply sit back on your own balcony and enjoy the peaceful sound of birds and view the Fraser Valley with the snow caped mountains in the back ground.

Vancouver is 45 min drive, US border 5 min drive, Harrison lake is 30-45 min. drive, for all the water sports. Activities for winter are also 30-40 min drive. Whistler is only 3½ hours away. MSA hospital & Cancer Clinic is 10 min away. Abbotsford International airport 15 min drive.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this wonderful "home away from home". We really appreciated the very warm hospitality and the cozy accommodations. Every effort was made by the owners to make this a memorable vacation, while still respecting our privacy! The villa is roomy and immaculately clean, and the gardens and property are amazing! It was a treat to sit on the private deck each day and observe all the birds and the beautiful property. We will recommend this wonderful villa to our family and friends and it has been earmarked as a "favorite" for any future trips.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When we first arrived in Sept. we were blown away by the beauty of this home on the side of a mountain. The landscaping was like visiting a park. And then indoors was so beautifully decorated and very, very clean. Everything was perfect. Even the radio station was set to our kind of music. We loved being here, and being away from our family at home was a little easier. This was truly a home away from home. Hilda & Gino were wonderful hosts, always taking care of us. (leaving the wind shield scraper sitting on the car) in so many ways. We can't thank you enough.

Dear Hilda & Gino After travelling from the Netherlands, for about 15 hrs with 2 small children, the welcome at your place felt like a warm bath. We were relaxed and felt at home straight away. We did enjoy our stay at the house, and in the garden very much. And you are both so friendly and nice. We loved talking to you and spend some time with you. Hope to see you again some day.

A quiet, beautiful and very clean place to stay. Thank you Gino and Hilda for your wonderful hospitality. The only regret we have is that we didn't have more time to spend there.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Hi our names are Gino & Hilda we are both retired, and enjoy meeting people. Gino came from Italy at 19, and speaks Italian fluently. He was a contractor, and enjoyed working with the public, meeting all kinds of people in different walks of life. I came from Germany while very young, but still speak germany fluently.

Why the Owner Chose Abbotsford:
When we purchased this propertly, we designed and built this home just the way we wanted. as this was ½ an acre, there was much landscaping to do, as you can see from the pictures, we did it semi natural, as there is numerous wildlife still wondering through. We enjoy the privacy we have, and hope our guests will do the same.

We think our property is very unique. as to where it is situated, close to town yet away from it all.
