This is a beautiful condo unit which is meticulously maintained. All furniture is bright and "Beachy" as is appropriate for this resort area.
There is ample seating for all guests inside, and out on the patio areas. There are several patio chairs of a height which enables clear ocean views over the railing. There are also tables on front and rear patios for dining outside.
The master bedroom has a private bath and private picture window which looks directly out at the ocean. Wake up to spectacular sunrises each morning! The access to the beach is directly from the elevator on the bottom level. There are 2 beach shower stations to wash off sand when leaving the beach.
One of the two assigned parking spaces for this unit is directly under the building. There are also several undesignated spaces for additional parking.
There is a 7/11 store which is on Ocean Highway, just steps behind the condominium building for your convenience.
