Our comfortable condo is located just steps from the NEW Base Village in Snowmass Village.
We are also steps from some of the BEST dining in Snowmass Village at the Artisan Restaurant. We are very close to the Tree House, children's ski school and summer camp, for families with small children this location is great.
For many of our guests our Condo is "just like being at home".
We have free parking at the unit. Just steps away from a free shuttle bus stop that can take you around Snowmass Village or into Aspen.

Why the Owner Chose Snowmass Village
My wife and I both love skiing, so much so we are both ski instructors. We found that when the big storms come to our valley it was hard and treacherous to get home so we bought our condo. Even though it is just 30 minutes from our home in Carbondale it provides us with many more hours of skiing and a safe place to go during the big snows that we get. The location to the new Base Village was just too good to pass up.
