This large 7-bedroom and 4 and a half baths villa is located in the famous Glen Brook resort community in Clermont, Off US 27 near RT 192, just 10 minutes from Disney world. The super Wal-Mart and many other stores and restaurants are all close by.
The villa has a large private pool and hot spa, screened with great privacy. There are two king master en-suites. There is one queen bedroom. The other 4 bedrooms each has two twin beds.
There is a separate living room and family room, a large full loaded kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, and separate laundry room of washer and dryer.
There are total 7 TVs and cable in this villa, free high-speed internet, DVD and phones.
The resort features a beautiful club house with all facilities including a big pool, game room, fitness center, volleyball courts, recreation room, etc...
All linens and towels are provided. Local management company is 24/7 available.

Not what we expected...

This villa is not what it appears to be, so please be warned before making a booking. The booking process was less than straight forward, with the agent requiring a bank transfer from the UK to the US. The transaction was comlicated further with the agent claiming the sum transferred was short by $32 despite receiving confirmation from the UK that the full sum was transferred and received correctly. From the outside the villa seemed well presented and clean, but doubts set in as the outward opening front door appeared to be an internal fire door set in a shabbily constructed frame which showed signs of abnormal wear and tear. Inside the property was clean but the decor has seen better days. Disappointed to find that although the villa advertises capacity of 14/16 people, there are only table seatings for 12 (two tables with six places at each in seperate rooms) and not enough crockery or cutlery to cater for any more than 8 people at a sitting! The crockery and cutlery situation was rectified by the local management company the same day. Even more disappointing was the fact that the bedroom advertised as the Queen bedroom was uninhabitable due to the mattress(es) being utterly unusable on the bed. Two people lying on this bed would simply roll together with no support whatsoever. This issue was reported on the first morning of our stay, but the owners flatly refused to either replace the mattress or offer the couple using the room an alternative. The response is quoted below: [quote] As a frequent traveler, I understand how important the mattress is to a better night sleep. I feel really sorry that it appears that the current mattress is out of your comfort zone. As a business owner, I assure you that everything in the villa is inspected regularly - if anything is out of order or not in "acceptable" condition, it will be replaced immediately. We didn't find anything wrong with this mattress, as a matter of fact, this is the first complain we have ever received regarding any mattresses in the villa. [unquote] Suffice to say, nothing was done to ensure the guests in the queen room were made comfortable. Outside, the swimming pool was utterly filthy on arrival, but this was also resolved by the local management company within 24 hours. Overall the quality of the villa is way below the level of offering good value for money.
