Situated amongst the rolling hills and citrus groves of Davenport, Florida, you will discover the exquisite, planned community of Calabay Parc offering luxury vacation homes on larger plots than normal with winding streets and a family recreational park.
Our luxurious, traditional, two-story home is built on one of the largest and most beautifully landscaped plots the site has to offer giving our guests a spacious feel around the house. You enter the property to be greeted by the spacious and sumptuous sitting room with full, Bose, surround sound and a 56-inch, home theatre system with full cable TV, DVD/CD player, and beautiful dining area with comfortable seating. A large den that becomes a sixth bedroom with a queen-size, pull-out sofa and TV with full cable entertainment.
A fully-upgraded kitchen, butler's pantry, and breakfast nook with large, French doors opening out onto the lanai. We have top-of-the-range appliances - all upgrade, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils - all of the highest quality. You will find nothing missing in this kitchen as we are exceptionally keen cooks and love entertaining and appreciate quality goods!
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and steam iron.
We have a superb, games room purpose built with full air conditioning, large pool table, electronic dart board, bar table and stools, comfortable leather seating, TV with full cable entertainment, and an X Box - this room has proved to a fantastic hit with young and old alike!
We have a large, king-size suite on the ground floor, with access to the pool area. King-size, four-poster bed with luxurious, pillow-topped mattress offering a comfortable night's sleep. TV with full cable entertainment, a large walk-in dressing room, large bathroom with corner garden tub, twin sinks make-up area, and separate large walk-in shower with water closet all fully upgraded.
The queen-size suite also on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom with shower facilities. A beautiful room with a pillow-topped mattress and fantastic drapes and furniture. TV with full cable entertainment.
On the first floor we have an office area plus a Foosball table, there is also full bookshelf is there for your pleasure.
Another queen-size suite is available with separate dressing area and own en suite with large walk-in shower. Again this bed has a large, sumptuous, pillow-topped mattress and TV with full cable entertainment. Lovely views from the beautifully dressed windows.
A twin four-poster room with en suite bath and shower facilities, large walk-in dressing room, and TV with full cable entertainment. Very pretty bedroom with comfortable beds and fantastic views.
Our children's bedroom is a super room with twin beds, beautiful hand-painted furniture with a seaside and pirate theme, children's toys, TV with full cable entertainment VCR, and plenty of videos for the children's entertainment.
Our lagoon-shaped swimming pool with sun shelf and Mickey Mouse-shaped hot tub is a real show stopper. The pool area has its own bathroom with swimming towels provided. We have an over-sized sun deck with large sun parasols. The sun is on the pool area all day. Plenty of comfortable seating including sun loungers, recliners, drinks, tables, and full dining facilities under the lanai with the music piped out from the entertainment center to the outdoor speakers. Lighting under the pool and around the deck all offers a romantic setting for the evenings.
Our house is fully alarmed for your safety. Separate pool alarms for their safety of the children. Managed 24 hours, 365 days a year. Full-service program with lawn, pool, and housekeeping for departures and arrivals. We know that once you have visited the Shores you will not want to stay anywhere else.
