Close to barefoot beach (voted one of the USA's best beaches); Bonita Beach; Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt Beach. This home has just been totally renovated..including fresh paint, new rugs, appliances, and tasteful/casual and comfortable furnishings. You can swim in the oversize pool..and for avid swimmers the pool has an added lap feature! You can relax in the sunshine all day on the large patio and then watch beautiful sunsets as the home has southwest exposure. Or you can sit under the covered lanai and read you favorite book and enjoy a cool drink with the waterfall soothing you while music plays in the background outside and inside the home over the built in stereo/intercom system.
The master suite has a king size bed with his and hers bathroom and large closets. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bed has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's with DVD players. The kitchen has a large island perfect for your guests to enjoy your company while you prepare meals and flows into the family room with large screen TV and DVD player. Or..if you prefer, the formal dining room is just on the other side of the kitchen for your enjoyment. Some of your guests may want to enjoy coffee in the living room which looks out to the pool and lake. When you return home from a day or night out (with or without all of your shopping bags!!!) Just pull into the oversize 2 car garage and enter the home. The laundry room has a built in ironing board too..(cleaning and laundry service is available at additional cost)
