Bright island décor and hardwood floors make this a lush, Low country getaway. Living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom (Q), 1.5 baths & laundry room are downstairs. Master suite is located upstairs.
Enjoy the sea breezes and verdant landscaping from either the sundeck or screened porch surrounded by a large fenced-in back yard. A quick 1.5 block walk will deliver you and your guests to our pristine, white sand beaches and gentle Sea Islands surf. A long day of beachcombing, sightseeing, charter fishing, shopping, and snoozing under the shade of our famous palms certainly calls for a soak in the master bath's Jacuzzi tub! Enjoy all modern conveniences with cable television and wireless internet.

Isle of Palms is a beautiful beach town! I fell in love with the island the first time I visited. After living on the island for a year I bought this place to live in year round. I wanted a permanent home that made me feel like I was on vacation all year long!! I teach school so I have plenty of time after school and in the summer to enjoy island life. I love working in the garden, going for long walks on the beach, participating in the turtle watching and just enjoying the sound of waves hitting the beach at night. I recently married and have moved to a different part of the island. This house is so much a part of me that I couldn’t sell it. Many of my family members and I take turns using it and I rent it out so everyone can enjoy the beach!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The thing that makes Isle of Palms so wonderful is that it has it all, the beaches, restaurants, history, theater, music, and festivals year round are only minutes away. If you are interested in sports there are two golf courses on the island and the weather is temperate in the fall and winter and of course there are all most ten miles of beach to run on! The Cooper River Bridge Run (10k) and Walk (April) is one of the top ten running events in the country. Other events you can’t miss are The South Eastern Wildlife Expo (February), The Taste of Charleston (fall and spring) and Spoleto (May & June). We have the best oysters in the winter and the best shrimp in the spring and summer. Try fresh local blue crabs and stone crab claws while you are here. At the IOP Marina go aboard the Palmetto Breeze Catamaran and watch the Dolphins and sea birds and view the sunset. It is gorgeous.
