The cabin was clean, organized and spacious. There was plenty of dishes and cooking supplies available. Quiet neighborhood with a great view. Parking for vehicles was more than adequate. Great selection of games to choose from for family game time. Great family vacation.

We spent a quiet Thanksgiving in this very comfortable home. Our kids were in heaven with all the games and chairs and a table just their size. I loved the little touches like a basket full of comfy blankets .... Julie, the owner, was exceptionally helpful and prompt. We had a internet connection issue when we first arrived and she helped us fix it within an hour. We will definitely return.

Me and family enjoyed every moment of our vacation in Lake Arrowhead. The cabin is super nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped, w/ all the dishes and pans to cook and spices that you will need. Supplies of toiletries, dishwashing and laundry soap are more than sufficient. All you need to bring are your clothes. I would definitely recommend this property. The owner is very thorough in giving instructions and responds promptly to our questions. We got our deposit back 4 days after leaving the property. This is our first time renting a cabin from an owner. It was worth it because of the privacy and you feel more comfortable. Thank you very much Julie for this wonderful experience.

Cozy and Quiet Mountain Escape

This was our second time staying at Julies wonderful mountain home. Everything you need is already here. Just bring some wood and your groceries and prepare to relax and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and kick back watching the huge flat screen tv. We made breakfast each morning and BBQ'd each nite. We only left the house once to take a walk around the area. It is quiet and so beautiful up here. Thanks Julie for allowing us to share your comfy home. We will be back again.

WONDERFUL HOUSE FOR A VACATION!

This house was so perfect for our family with three bedrooms, T.Vs in each bedroom- WOW, what a great bonus! FOUR T.Vs, some with DVR's, all with DVDs! My children loved it! We had a fully-equipped kitchen and a barbeque on the patio where we enjoyed preparing daily barbeques for dinner. The living room is upstairs with the bedrooms downstairs which is great so it was nice to be able to watch T.V/movies while the kids were sleeping downstairs and would be nice for any family. There was also a little kid's table which was great for my toddler and there were games for my older kids to enjoy. The location is in beautiful Lake Arrowhead close to the main town, Lake Gregory, lots of hikes/walks we explored. It's a little tricky finding the place the first time (roads are windy) so make sure to go in the daytime, and you need to follow the directions carefully. Then you get used to it and it's easier after that. Also, Julie was wonderful always available to guide, respond to questions and such a wonderful hostess/owner. She even had a few of our items sent back to us after we had left. It's a terrific home with a great price and we plan to visit again. Thank you so much Julie!

Great Get Away

The House was neat and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't have to drag up our own bedding, pots, pans, dishes etc. It was all there and in great shape. There are two balconies with magnificent views. We were just a 5 minute drive to The Village and the Beach Club. we are already looking at more dates to stay. A real bargain with all the amenities, including surround sound and a big screen TV in each bedroom. We highly recommend staying.

Fanastic getaway!

We had such a fantastic stay. The house had everything we needed and more. We really loved playing all the board games provided, BBQ's during sunset, and relaxing to DVD's we brought on the surround sound TV system in the living room. During the day we enjoyed hiking down to the village & lake, then relaxing on the deck to enjoy a great book. It's a super quiet location just as advertised and can't wait to return for playing in the snow or to watch the fall colors from the deck. The owner provided maps, directions, information about food and stores that made it easy to know where to go. Thank you so much!

excellent for the price

The house was super clean and very comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the back deck. Sunsets were incredible. The location is very quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Good house for kids. Cable, DVR and flat screen tvs in all rooms. The only down side was that it is a little difficult to find through all the many turns to the house esp at night in the dark. It took us a few days before we didn't have to follow the detailed directions to find the house. Overall it is a great property that we would highly recommend.

Owner response:I'll look into better maps to get to and from the house. It is a bit challenging when there aren't any street lights :). ...but I guess that is the benefit of being away from the noise of the highway or having cars drive by the house.....it truly is a very private location. We look forward to seeing your family again soon.

Peaceful Getaway in Lake Arrowhead

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your home. It was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and just right for what we were looking for. The surroundings were very peaceful and we loved the trees view. Loved being close to the village but far enough that you can't hear the traffic. Our 3 year old son didn't want to leave! Will stay here again--thanks so much Julie, you were very helpful!

Just Beautiful!

This was the first time my husband and I visited Lake Arrowhead, and frankly we couldn't have picked a more perfect location. The owner is a sweetheart, she provided us with maps and so much more! She made sure that we were cared for before we even left our home for vacation! While there, we got lost, and called the numbers provided to the office and Mike was able to direct us to the home. And when we got there, we found it stocked with everything we needed for the weekend - all we had to do was provide the groceries. This home is much more than the pictures could ever reveal. It's beautiful period. It's immaculately clean and very homey! The view is breathtaking, the neighbors are friendly, the master bed is comfortable (I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, so believe me when I say it was comfortable! lol!). We loved the TV's and surround sound, especially when we were bundled up drinking cocoa! We are certainly keeping this home in mind whenever we need to get away again! The only sad thing, is that we are leaving tomorrow. :) Thank you so much Julie, for giving us wonderful memories of our first time away in snow!
