Three bedroom home located just a few blocks from public beach and Marriott Hotel.
Master Wing: The master suite has king sized bed, large walk in closet, extra large bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks, built in vanity, private access to hot tub from bedroom and master bath, sitting area with cable TV.
Guest Wing: Two spacious guest bedrooms, one with double bed and other with twin beds share a private bathroom, with separate shower/toilet area. There is a cable TV in the guest wing.
Large great room has living room with sofa and love seat and cable TV. Dining room has large dining table that seats 6 overlooking screened in hot tub and lanai. Large kitchen also overlooks lanai.
Garage is over-sized and has washer/dryer.
Home is equipped with linens, towels for bath and beach, beach chairs and umbrellas.

The house is everything advertised and more. We arrived and found the home clean and ready for our vacation. Shops, beaches and restaurants all nearby. Great neighborhood to walk in. The house space is great. Four of us there and plenty of room for friends to stop by. The screened lanai is a definite plus. Morning coffee out there makes a perfect place to start the day. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much for letting us get out of winter and enjoy the Florida sun.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great Location! Convenient to Beach and Restaurants! Plenty of Room.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Had a great time at the house on Landmark in Marco Island, Florida. Our friend Chris Scaturro from Illinois also came with us. We had our lunches at the table on the patio and enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub. We liked being in a house after being in a condo on the 3rd floor last year. It was nice being able to park our van and bicycles in the garage. We biked to the beach everyday to watch sunset, and found a park to watch the sunrise over water.Owner response: Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm so glad you enjoyed Marco Island. It's our favorite place in the world. I agree with you that the beaches and sunsets are spectacular!
