We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was clean when we arrived and we had all needed linens and amenities. The property was spacious and we appreciated the TV’s and the games. The location was excellent as well and it made it easier to get to where we wanted to go on Marco Island. We plan to return!

The place is as advertised. It was clean and the goody basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We also appreciated the wagon and beach chairs for our trips to the beach. We enjoyed eating on the patio. Would stay here again

Great location for restaurants and walking. Marco Island is beautiful! Condo does need some updating and minor repairs but do-able. Couch definitely needs replacing, hard to even sit on.

Amazing Trip!!

Me and my daughter stayed a weekend, and we shocked by the amazing hospitality Royal Palm had to offer! We certainly would’ve been a little lost had it not been for the magazine that told us of all the beaches open. Overall a great time, and memorable get away.

We only spent two nights in Royal Palm 203, but it was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to several restaurants and not far from the beach. It was nicely nicely furnished and perfect for our needs. We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay there again.
