There were 4 of us in the condo for a few days and it was fantastic. It's very large and comfortable with plenty of space. The balcony is fantastic. It's a short walk down a (not very steep) hill to the main part of town, at night it can be quite dark though so best to drive. The condo office is right in town and the guys there were super helpful with everything. The gorgeous shower in the master bath had mere drizzle coming from it's shower head and the pool below only has 4 chaise for 6 (?) condos. I thought the place was great though and would recommend and rent again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are world wide frequent travelers who found the serenity and beauty of Costa Rica and Tamarindo Beach as a location we permanently wanted to become part of. This beautiful project offered us everything we were looking for-great location, excellent quality construction, design and amenities, incredible sunsets, much to do locally or within a short driving distance.

Sipping a cocktail at sunset from the balcony watching the sunset across the entire coastline from Playa Langosta to Playa Grande and beyond high above downtown Tamarindo. I enjoy parking in our private gated parking area and taking the elevator up to our private access 4th floor unit. I enjoy watching the sunset from the master bedroom and sunrise from the second bedroom to the mountain range in the distance
