  The condo was very clean and warm. We had 4 four people and it was verrryyy comfortable. I recommend this as one of the cheapest condos, but definitely one of the nicest. This place is truly amazing. Jean was helpful and contact was easy.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family of four adults stayed in the condo over Christmas. We were very impressed! We found the condo to be very comfortable and well-maintained. After a day of skiing, it was wonderful to be able to relax - with plenty of room. The condo was conveniently located to restaurants and the grocery store. The property manager was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. We plan on staying here again in the summer.

  We have stayed at a few other condos in Pagosa in the past and find this to be the best value of all. It is comfortable, roomy, and clean. Jean was very accommodating and we hope to return for future hunts.

  After a very long drive from Denver, we were a little nervous about what we would find when we got to Pagosa. We were so thrilled to find the townhome!! It was perfect! A Great location (groceries, shopping, restaurants) very close by. It was centrally located to all the venues of the wedding. The comfort of the townhome was excellent as well as the cleanliness. (I must say that the pictures do not do it justice at all!) The amenities were great and all the incidentals one might need, were there. BRAVO!! I plan to stay again in the future, and definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

  The location was great; nice community just a few minutes from downtown. There was coffee, restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and a rec center and park for the kids as well. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The rental process was smooth, convenient and there were no problems. We will return!

  summer at pagosa springs in the VBRO condo was just wonderful. the unit was awesomely supplied with everything we needed. the location was idyllic, nearby parks, trails, grocery store - it was really a dream.

  We liked nearly everything about the condo. The only thing we missed was internet access which I overlooked when we booked. With two teen-age boys who live by Facebook, it was something we could have used. The boys did find connectivity at the nearby MacDonalds. Overall, we liked the location, the comfortable arrangement , and the ease of cooking, cleaning, doing laundry (big plus++) at this condo at a very affordable price. I would recommend this condo and would stay again myself.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  Plenty of space for 4 people. Nicely stocked Kitchen. The ad states they don't have internet but we were able to pick up internet through other unsecure wireless connetions near the condo. Perfect for us. Everything was clean. We will return next year.
