The living area opens onto the very private, clear roofed, all weather patio. There is a gas grill, lounge and dining area. Two full bathrooms with tub/showers, one off the bedroom and 1 off the living area. Fully equipped large kitchen opens to living area with Hi-def flat screen SAT TV. There is wireless internet and a land phone with free long distance.
Riding a bike is the best way to get around Mission Beach, we have as many as you need. Something new this year that looks hard but is easy, a Standup paddle board, and of course a kayak to paddle around the bay.
You bring your clothes and toothbrush; we provide everything else.

We just loved this place. It has absolutely everything you need. Everything for the beach is there and you are literally steps from the Bay or the Ocean. We were amazed. Patty and her husband are great, they live close, and if you need anything or have questions they are always so nice. Love the laundry being so close too, its right down stairs. She provides the detergent and fabric softener too. They even provide the Keurig coffee as well. Simply amazing. Will definitely want to stay here again and have told all our friends that visit San Diego to check it out while planning their next vacation. We have 2 kids, 11 year old and 15 year old girls and had plenty of room. It doesn't get any easier than this. So much better than a hotel. Thanks again for a memorable stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Just stayed here with my family of five. We loved how close it was to everything including Sea World. The fact that it is about 40 yards to both the beach and the bay makes it even better. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and had a great kitchen for our breakfast and dinners. We loved the back patio to eat on and play cards on at night. I would certainly recommend this for a family of five or less that is looking to be close to the action in Mission Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was a wonderful experience for my husband and myself. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also close to both the beach and the bay. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was wonderful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This is the best deal for the money. They include everything. Place was clean and roomy, The owners are right down the road and are very helpful. Awesome...I hope to stay again next year!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
