Our luxurious executive villa is in one of Orlando area's most exclusive,well maintained celebrated vacation communities conveniently located within 11miles to Disney World and only minutes to Universal and Sea World. Our 5 bedroom with a bonus sitting/bedroom villa has everything you need to relax after a long day at the park or just stay at home and enjoy all of our homes amenities! We not only have a private pool and spa that backs up to a pine forest, but a fully equipped A/C games room for the adults and teenagers to hang out. Two rooms with 50in plasma HDTV w/NetFlix streaming movies, Blu-Ray, surround sound, it's just like being in a cinema! Each room with a video game system, family room with xbox 360 and Sitting room w/ Wii and Wii sports, then upstairs loft w/PS3, kids room with PS2 games and toys. A beautiful well equipped granite kitchen that has everything from a popcorn maker to a cappuccino machine! We are close to all amenities and attractions and we have an excellent Management Co who keeps our villa to our high standards on call 24/7!

Why we chose Calabay Parc?: We decided to purchase a home in the Orlando area after taking our four children to Disney several times over a two year period. We are true Disney fans! We looked in all the vacation subdivisions and fell in love with Calabay Parc with it's small beautiful community were you can tell the owners love their homes. We love our second home and are excited that we can share our home with others so they can enjoy the many treasures Florida has to offer.

My family stayed in this Orlando villa with another couple September 2010. The listing decription is very accurate. It's layout flows quite nice & still provides privacy. It was sparkling clean & had comfortable beds, quality linens, tastefully done interior decorating, great furnishings, nice kitchen with everything we desired available, many movies, games, well maintained hot tub/pool & dining areas which were all top notch. We enjoyed everything about this luxurious villa! If you are looking to book I highly recommend this property. We loved it and know you will too!Did you find this review helpful? I went on to reserve this house again and I noticed a review that was not very good. It surprised me because our experience was Wonderful. There is nothing I can say negative about this house. It accommodated my family of 6 + 1 guest VERY comfortably. The accommodations are great and I think the master bed is more comfortable than my bed at home. The pool was perfect too. Just right after a long day at Disney or Universal. The owners made sure there is entertainment for any rainy days. They had a great movie selection and the kids loved the arcade. And if you want to go on a bike ride or run the house is located in a private, beautiful neighborhood! We can not wait to go back to this house! Great home from home experience, You will find everything you need in this well kept villa. the pool and Spa are covered by the sun all day long. We find this location ideal for the parks and for shopping. The owners are superb to liaise with and make booking a trouble free experience. Our family enjoyed a fantastic holiday here and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have been going to the Orlando area on spring break with the family for many years. The last few years we have included our closest friends...so there were 9 of us in total. The house is beautiful and shows better than the pictures suggest. Everything was clean and well taken care of ....and we are very picky people. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The house is big enough with separate living areas and lots of amenities that we all had room to spread out and never felt cramped or relegated to a bedroom if anyone needed some alone time. The lanai and pool area are pretty private and was a great place to spend time and relax. We would definitely recommend this home to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have been to Orlando many times and stayed in hotels, condos, and homes, but none have compared to this villa. It's beautiful, clean, quiet, safe, and very well equipped for a travelling family. With all the things we did in Orlando, I would have never guessed my kids would still be talking about the house! Thanks for the great vacation! This home provided our 2 families with plenty of space and amenities for 10 days. With some cold weather, there was plenty to do indoors and in warmer weather the pool and spa were great. The home was clean and ready for us. With plenty of equipment in the kitchen, it was easy to prepare Christmas dinner. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and the location ideal to everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The owner was beyond helpful and even left us a welcome basket specifically geared to our group. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want for your stay. Kids and adults enjoyed the amenities. Beds were comfy, linens were upscale, the kitchen was fully equipped. We just can't say enough good things about this property! Stay here! You won't regret it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
