Hillside Lakehouse. Fully furnished vacation home sleeps 6-8. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, large dining area and fireplace family room combination. Situated overlooking beautiful Hamilton Lake Reservoir. Minutes to local boat launch. Walk down a path to a semi-private beach and dock. A paddle boat and row boat available for your use. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, jet skiing and more. Enjoy fall foliage, fishing, and also winter lake activities. You have room on rental property for 2 cars as well as additional parking for any boat or jetski trailors. It is a peaceful relaxing area for families and other groups of up to eight. There are some wonderful local restaurants, antique stores, pubs, breweries,orchards, and golf courses as well as other attractions such as Historic Sturbridge Village and the Brimfield Antique fair. Enjoy the wonderful scenery, hiking trails at the Brimfield State Forest less than ten miles away as well the Nipmuck State Forest.
The house is built into the hillside and has two floors with exits on ground level. Located on the first floor are two bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, kitchen, dining area and fireplace family room with catherdral ceiling looking up to larger bedroom on second level. The family room has a fireplace, TV, VCR & DVD, and slider to wraparound porch overlooking property and views of lake. Children will enjoy diving and jumping into the lake from the dock or wading in from the beach area on an easy slant. The lake is a full recreational lake so bring the water toys.

We came from Michigan for my son's wedding. The lake house was beautiful!! Very clean and comfortable perfect location. We had a wonderful time, scenic roads for our morning runs. Beautiful deck with nice view and BBQ for relaxing.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This place was everything I wanted and more. Walking distance to the lake with your own private dock. The lady even provided life vest for the kids. The family was very accommodating. The price was unbelievable. I called many other houses around and the prices were at least 1000 dollars higher. The place had all new furniture ,fresh paint,and a home like feel to it.
