  We spent a 4 days weekend here. Every single friends of mine were impressed and speechless. The place was clean and organized. Everything is in great condition. We enjoyed every single minute we stayed there. I'd totally recommend this to anyone who's looking for a impressive house to stay for the trip. Pro: - Spacious and bright, 4600ft with floor to ceiling windows. - Super great condition and clean. - Super good scenic views. - It has everything you need to make some nice meals. - Amazing home theater (blu-ray is a bit slow to load) - Awesome awesome kitchen. - Awarding winning design. - Everything is amazing. Wish it's my house. Con: - Wireless internet is slow and sometimes unusable. - Water pressure is kind of low. (Understandable because of altitude) - Beds are too plush for my taste, prefer extra firm beds. We spent 2 days snowboarding at Killington (A little over an hour drive away). I wish we could stay a few more days here and enjoy this spectacular house. I would definitely come back again! Thank you Betsey for the wonderful experience!

  Breezy Knoll was the perfect setting for our family reunion, but there isn’t a function, gathering, or getaway it wouldn’t perfect for. It’s remarkable that an architecturally striking house with 360 degree views of snow-capped mountains, postcard-perfect panoramas, a gourmet kitchen, a surround-sound theater, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a grand piano, five beautifully appointed bedrooms, with a huge open design, can still feel intimate and warm. It can be both communal and private. It’s easy to reach, and yet quite remote. There are ski areas and charming small towns nearby. But I assure you; Once you arrive, you will not want to leave the property. It is beautifully maintained and the photos, striking as they are, undersell the home! We had 13” of snow, making the landscape and experience all the more special. But this home would be perfect in all seasons. Betsy was incredibly helpful and made the entire process a breeze from inquiry to checkout. It was a pleasure to communicate with her. We’ve traveled quite a bit, but we have not had a more special vacation.

  Breezy Knoll is everything as promised in Betsy's description. The house is breathtaking yet completely comfortable and the location is sensational with great trails for running and biking. Fantastic sunset dinners on the deck. A truly great vacation!

  This place is incredible. If it hasn't already been featured in Architecture's Digest, it should. We came up for a quick weekend getaway and could not have been more impressed by the setting and quality of accommodation. We're looking forward to visiting Breezy Knoll on a more regular basis.   Our family of 2 adults and 2 boys (aged 7 and 9) enjoyed a wonderful summer month at Breezy Knoll. The property is spectacular with huge views in every direction. The house is so relaxing and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen, and basement games/theater room. The owners and support personnel were very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Breezy Knoll and can highly recommend it.

  I had an amazing time. The place was so cozy. We went with some friends and enjoyed the fire outside, snow shoeing on trails, beautiful views and overall great time with friends in this large space. The owner was so kind and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this house!! :)

  Breezy Knoll was the perfect home base for our wedding in June. We stayed with our family at this beautiful spot, and were entranced by the amazing views and peaceful atmosphere. This is an amazing home with top of the line amenities and all the kitchen staples you would need. Since we were all coming in from different parts of the country with a relatively tight schedule around our wedding events, Betsy, the owner, really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for our late arrival. We ended up having our wedding photographer come out to the house to take our wedding photos. We also hosted a brunch the day after the wedding at the house so our friends could share in the beauty. When all the guests left, we dove into relaxation mode, taking naps on the many lounging chairs inside and out, and then cooking hamburgers and reminiscing around the fire pit. I only wish that we had planned to have the wedding ceremony at the house, and that we could have stayed longer. We are already planning our next trip to Breezy Knoll. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect spot for your Vermont vacation. Hilary & Elizabeth

  Every year I plan at least one trip to VT for snowboarding/skiing, and although this home was the furthest I've stayed from a mountain, it was hands-down the most beautiful home and best experience, from booking through the end of the stay. We were a group of 10 adults who stayed at this beautiful home for 4 days 3 nights on a ski/snowboard trip. Although beds will only sleep 10, there is more than plenty of room for at least 4 or 5 additional adults. We were hesitant to stay at the home, bc the closest slopes were at Okemo (45 mins away), but the photos convinced us otherwise, and we're so glad they did. The home exceeded our expectations: it was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and maintained, luxuriously comfortable, stocked with prime amenities, and boasted remarkable mountain views from every window. Specifically, we really enjoyed the complimentary bottles of wine/bottled beverages, the top-notch all clad cookware, the plentiful kitchen space and appliances, the convenient Nespresso machine, the movie screening room, the very well-stocked pantry, and the luxurious linens and bathrooms. We felt the comforts of home and the luxuries of a vacation resort. To ski/board, we drove 2 hours to Stowe one day when the area got hit with 12inches of snow. Even still, the home made it worth the long drives and the adventure through the snow. The driveways were plowed frequently and we were well taken care of the entire time. The following day, we fully enjoyed riding the snowmobile, tobaggans, and our snowboards along the vast stretches of property. Homeowner Betsy, along with the local home caretakers, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. They patiently answered all of my questions, as tedious as they probably were, and really took great care of us. It was a pleasure dealing with all of them. The weekend away lasted only several days and was only a few hours from home, but thanks to the amazing accommodations, it indeed felt like a true vacation. We plan to revisit time and time again. Needless to say, we immediately booked another weekend for the summer. We can't wait to enjoy the stunning views and dine on the spacious deck overlooking the gorgeous property. We're also excited for all the outdoor activities at the nearby Ascutney Mtn and resort and are looking forward to visiting local breweries. Betsy, thanks for a wonderful stay!!

  This past mid July, we stayed at this beautiful home that is a work of art. Wonderful original artwork adorns the walls and everything from the bath to the faucets are unusual works of art/sculpture. We shared the vacation with two other families very comfortably. We took day trips to hike over at Mount Ascutney and visit the National Historic Site of Augustus Saint-Gaudens in Cornish, New Hampshire. The best activity however was to just sit out on the stone patio and look out over the mountains. The kitchen provided all the top of the line equipment to have wonderful family dinners. This property is a very special home. Unique in interior design and architecture, we all felt we had enough individual space to chill at the same time as being able to be the the group.

Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit. Weddings are an additional USD 2500 for the property in addition to the minimum three night rental rates.

Booking Conditions & Rental Guide We are very happy that you have chosen BREEZY KNOLL for your holiday stay. Your deposit guarantees your booking. We will try to be flexible when unforeseen circumstances prevent you from arriving according to your confirmed dates, but BREEZY KNOLL reservations are considered firm. We will do our best to offer alternative dates, but no refunds can be given unless a new booking can be made for your agreed upon dates. For your Stay, there are some basic house rules: - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house on the property. - The house maximum for overnight is ten unless otherwise agreed upon. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the rental agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any person over the maximum allowable or agreed upon number staying at the property will be charged at US 100 per person, per night. Any person staying on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. -The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs to overnight guests or their guests while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Housekeeping: Breezy Knoll is a self-catered booking and there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the lease, daily maid service is not included unless prior arrangements have been made. Liquid detergent has been provided for the two washers and two dryers in the house as an added convenience. Please note that the cleaning fee includes a thorough general cleaning---Laundering of bedroom and bathroom linens, general cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, general vacuuming and dusting of the home, but any extra cleaning including the cleaning of dirty dishes, cups, glasses and crystal as well as spills, stains, indoor trash removal and outdoor debris, will be deducted from the security deposit. - Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. So please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. And of course, no feminine products should be flushed. The property will be prepared for your arrival with freshly cleaned and pressed bed linens, fresh towels, stocked bottled water, soft drinks and some wine, gratis. We are happy to supply a pantry or kitchen equipment list for your perusal. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gels and soaps are supplied for your stay and hairdryers are in each bathroom. You are invited to host your wedding and other events during your stay. For guests numbering at 35 persons or over, the event must be held outdoors and for events of 50 persons and over, outdoor toilet facilities are also required. 2. For alcoholic beverages to be served to guests arriving and departing within the same day (ie. wedding) a separate liability insurance permit is required or a bartender who provides such a liability insurance permit is required. Renters are solely responsible for any guests consuming alcohol on the premises. 3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs to guests while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the event guests. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. 4. Caterers used for events at BREEZY KNOLL must be insured and bonded and are responsible for all staff. Caterers are responsible to bag all trash and place in bins provided. Owner agrees to remove trash and debris. 5. Renter is required to hire all tabletop, linens, service pieces, glassware and barware for all events; owners provide all pieces for serving and dining for 15 persons in total only. 6. Owner agrees to provide the property grounds groomed, and free from debris, planters filled, and exterior electricity in proper working condition. 7. Boats and Trailers are not allowed on the property unless otherwise agreed upon. Owners reserve the right to levy a US 500 fine.
