  My boyfriend and I stayed at this place for St. Patrick's weekend. We absolutely loved it ! Perfect place for two people. Jeanette was so helpful! Any questions I had she was quick to respond! The condo was within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and beach. We barely had to move our car all weekend! We will definitely be coming back and renting this place again soon! It had everything we needed!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

  We were fortunate to find this little jewel of a rental. What an adorable rental! Cute and just perfect. Excellent location. Owner was such a pleasure to work with. The only 2 incidents were handled immediately and one was just the internet connection and other was something the TV cable company had to handle. She was available anytime I had called or emailed and answered any questions we had. Everything was perfect. Only place I have stayed that the photo and the actual rental was the same. All cleaned and well maintained. We never moved our car. We could walk to IGA, downtown, and beach. The sofa and chairs were not that comfortable but remember we were here for over a month. We managed. I own my own business and was able to work quite comfortably while I was here with internet connection (not wireless but fast). One positive point was it is an upstairs condo and others renters are downstairs. You will love it! We highly recommend staying here. I'll be calling Jeannette again!

  My husband and I stayed in this condo the end of September and had what I would consider the perfect location. This was our second trip to Tybee but our first time at this condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It's bigger than it looks in the photos, and perfect for a couple's getaway. You have your own private area on the balcony with a couple of chairs, which makes for a relaxing place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. The condo was very clean and well decorated, and was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We were close enough to be able to walk to the beach every morning, ride our bikes to the shops and restaurants on the northern end of the island during the day, and walk home after enjoying some of the nightlife off of Tybrisa Street. You don't have to worry about paying for parking since you never need to drive your car out of your allotted parking space! Jeanette was easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this condo (and Tybee for that matter) to anyone. I definitely look forward to staying here again!

  This condo is charming with numerous upgrades that you normally don't find in condo rentals. The condo was very clean when we checked in and the air conditioner was top notch! ;) The location is very close to the pier and is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and numerous restaurants. When visiting, you must try The Breakfast Club and AJ's Dockside. :)

  My husband and I took our 10 month old son to Tybee for an extended weekend stay. We wanted something small for a reasonable rate. This condo not only met our needs, but far exceeded. The condo was clean & well decorated. Not to mention the location. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere! Jeanette was so nice & easy to work with. We defiantly plan to stay again next time we find ourselves in Tybee! If your looking for great seafood - you MUST try Vicki's on Tybee! Some of the food we tried was the best seafood we have ever eaten!

  We stayed here for a long holiday weekend and had an amazing time....again!! This was our second time staying here and just love this condo. The condo is update and very clean, and the location is absolutly perfect!! We will definitely stay here again and continue to tell our friends about it.

  My husband and myself had the most wonderful week in this beautiful place. The owner is so very nice, and the condo is very well decorated. Everything about the place was wonderful. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and short walking distance to beach, also very quiet neighborhood. Wonderful place to stay.Would recommend to everyone.

  The condo is beautifully decorated in a nice location and was a good price. However, this rental did not have any cleaning supplies such as dish soap, general cleaning supplies besides a broom, no extra toilet paper, no paper towels, or any basic amenities. Minor things such as these would help tenants keep the rental nice. This is the first condo I have seen this at. The rental did not even have a remote for the tv until we called the owner to let them know. In order to get a remote we had to call comcast and wait on the phone to schedule a day to come out, which was a few days to get one. Then we had to wait around the rental for comcast to come and bring one and re-do the cable box. The internet also did not work until comcast came. On check out day the owner told us we could check out at an hour later than what the paper said, but we were surprised when the rental cleaning company came knocking on our door telling us they were going to give us fifteen minutes to get everything packed and out for them! We could not believe this and we told the cleaning company what we were told and they got really mad saying "they hate how the owners always do this and we have no option". Vacations should be very relaxing, but for some reason this trip was very stressful. We have never dealt with scenarios like this and we travel a lot. Don't get us wrong about how nice the rental was besides all the other stuff, but we just wanted to share our experience.
