  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property while attending my cousin's wedding in Chicago. We had a wonderful time together at the house and it was so much better than being scattered in hotel rooms, not conducive to having quality time together. We loved spending our leisure time on the back deck or sitting in the living room where we could all be comfortable and feel like we were at home. The location was perfect for getting around to where we had to go and there were plenty of stores and restaurants for us to enjoy, most notably Lou Malnotti's, just a short walk up Lincoln St., the best deep dish pizza all of us have ever eaten! The owner Joe was very helpful and we are truly thankful for his hospitality. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting to experience Chicago and especially the Lincoln Park area. Thank you once again for having us and I hope that we will be able to use this house again in the future!

  The condo was everything we wanted! Clean and bright, great location, and top notch amenities (french press coffee every morning started our days off right!) The Fullerton EL stop was just a few blocks away and the shopping in the neighborhood was terrific! If you stay don't miss the chance to eat across the street at Noodles in the Pot! Thanks to Joe (owner) for being so helpful!

  My family and I decided to visit Chicago for the weekend and we just can't stay in hotel rooms anymore because they are just too small. We started searching for condo's and found this apartment/condo in Lincoln Park. The area was wonderful and I really wish we would have had more time to explore all the shops and everything Lincoln Park had to offer. We took advantage of the "El" which was just 2 blocks away which was great. The other thing that was convenient was the small grocery store that was on our way home so we could just swing by after a long day in Chicago and get whatever we needed before turning in for the night. The owner of the condo went over and beyond the call of duty. He communicated very well with my husband and told him all the area had to offer. He even called us the day we got in to inform us that the MillionDollar Quartet tickets had just gone on sale for 1/2 price. He recommended that we see this show and we were not disappointed, especially since the price was so good. It was great to have a garage and not have to worry about parking. We enjoyed Lou Malnotti's Chicago style pizza 3 or 4 blocks away and then saw the show which was also a short walk from the condo. Back to the condo.........Amazing!! So Clean and modern! The whole place inside was newly renovated and it was beautiful to say the least! The beds were comfortable and they all had down comforters on them adding to the luxurious feel of the place. We were able to log on to the internet and really had all the comforts of home. We absolutely loved this place and it made our weekend to be staying in such a nice place that was reasonably priced and so convenient. We will look forward to staying here again and we give this place a well deserved EXCELLENT RATING!! You won't be disappointed.
